QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Arvada

I ordered a chicken burrito with extra chicken as I always do knowing full well I have to pay $2 extra for chicken which is never been an issue until today because as soon as I said extra chicken she made damn sure to tell the next person in line and the next person in line and the cashier, all that there was extra chicken, whatever. And as I was moving down the kid behind me ordered a steak burrito bowl and he told her extra extra steaks so as soon as he said I looked at him and three scoops of steak later she didn't mention it one time to anyone in line and I know this because as I was putting my change away from my order I watched his transaction get rung up and there was nothing that popped up on the screen showing otherwise. And when I questioned the manager about it he said everyone gets charged which I told him was absolutely untrue because he did not get charged. I don't want to make this a racial issue but being that I'm a white male with basil tattoos and he was a young Mexican kid and they all were as well Hispanic or whatever the PC term is, but I definitely felt like they made it that way which is completely unprofessional. Just got back from this place. Hispanic lady served me. Dark hair, curly, hair in a bun. Terrible customer service. As I’m saying please and thank you, she’s rushing me by asking the next question when no one was behind me. I had to think if I wanted fajitas or not and she look totally annoyed waiting for me to answer. My presence seemed to annoy her. Oh, and she gave half scoops. So I paid $9 for half of what I would’ve gotten at some other Qdoba. My advice because I love Qdoba so much, go to any one BUT THIS ONE! Won’t get your money’s worth. $9 for a full sized burger at Denny’s and fries is way more worth it than the baby scoops I received here. Just saying. However, the guy who took my money was very delightful and charming. His customer service made up for the Hispanic girl’s crappy one. (Usually when they put a lid on my Qdoba, my bowl is full and touches it. The lid on my Qdoba from this place remains untouched by the food. That’s how LOW the food sits and how LITTLE this place...

Disappointing experience. I arrived for my online order at 1:46 pm today. Saw nothing ready on the shelf or the to-go table by the door. Waited for several customers to check out before I could sneak up to the register and let the staff know I was here for my order. At 1:50 pm, I approached the register, the employee looked down/away from me as if he didn’t want to make any eye contact. I offered a hello & began to state my being here for an order until he cut me off and walked away. Not ONE employee said hello upon my entry or for the 5 mins after I arrived. I tried making eye contact with every employees at the front, to see who might acknowledge me and say “Hi, we’ll be right with you.” but no one did.
