Most of the time my order is right at this location which is why I drive extra distance to visit it, and I tip 10% on my orders due to accuracy and consistency. Usually, my orders are ready to go when I go to pick up. I went in today to pick up my order as usual and was told they didnāt have it, never received the order, told me I could call the other Noodles & Co location and see if they had it or I could re-order at this location (paying for my order twice). I went back to my car and looked at the app and indeed it was this location. When I went back in the manager checked her tablet and the worker suddenly found my order that she said wasnāt there 2 minutes ago. My order was missing or stolen, and my food was remade quickly, but the attitude towards me was like I made a mistake or came in and stole my order earlier? When the pick up orders should be better monitored and kept behind the counter especially in Arvada, should not feel like as the customer I did anything wrong when I didnāt. Thankfully moving soon so I will no longer be frequenting this location unless in the area, and will re-consider this location as my primary noodles and company go-to for Arvada. Noodles & company definitely has some work to do in all of their stores, unfortunately...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNoodles & Company has gone way downhill over the years. It used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but the quality is really lacking. I ordered food here at this location recently with my family and the noodles in our dish were all cold. When we brought it up the staff, they initially didnāt believe us. They did re-make our food, and demanded we try it on the spot to make sure the food was warm ā I didnāt even have a fork to try it with and the staff member stood in my way and did not even offer to grab one for me. She waited while I had to get out of seat and squeeze by her to get my own fork. And it used to be that if there was any mistake with the food, you would get a free snack ā nothing was offered. Clearly Noodles and Company no longer uses quality ingredients, and their staff does not care about the quality of the food they serve. Itās just so disappointing because I have loved noodles and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStaff was nice, but food was terrible. Potstickers were shockingly flat (less than 1cm thick!) with little filling and minimal flavor, and the Pad Thai was so disgusting I couldn't finish the dish. It looked like scrambled eggs were chopped and loosely stirred with the noodles along with a large amount of nasueating sauce that was not remotely anything close to any pad Thai sauce I've ever had. I can't tell if this specific location made the food under par according to the corporation's intentions, or if this is simply the new quality level that Noodles is putting out. Regardless, it was bad enough that I will definitely never go again now, despite my previous love of and consistentc support of Noodles & Company years ago. This is yet another reason to stop supporting big conglomerates and support local, small businesses; eat at the restaurants whose humble owners/workers know how to make pad thai and...
