Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Arvada

This location has literally messed up every order I've ever placed. You cannot get anyone on the phone. You're stuck in an endless loop. The system tells you to hit 3 to speak to someone, but I've hit 3 eight times over a period of two days and never got a person. I've also tried hitting 1, 2, and 0. Bit I never can get a human on the phone. I will say that the employees are very friendly and nice, but what does that matter if you can't get my order right? Every other Einstein's location manages to get my order right. Why can't you? And now I have to go back to request a refund or replacement because nobody ever answers the phone, and there is no email address or way to send a complaint to the manager through...

I've gone to most of the EBBs in the Denver metro and surrounding area in my travels for work, and this location just blows them all out of the water. The staff is on it, the order is never wrong, and even when they're busy, there's never an unreasonable wait- which I'd be okay with because I'm not expecting anyone to kill themselves working to make me a bagel- and even when it's been busy I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes? Which, if you're smart and order ahead, that problem is easily negated. But yeah, the staff are great, and every time I go to a different location (rare) I find myself going, "I should have just waited until I was closer to home"...

Was bummed by the fact they only had plain hot coffee. Was hoping for a latte or Mocha like many other locations offer. The locked up chairs and tables in the front was weird and awkward. Many customer had difficulty actual sitting at the tables because the large cables were in the way. I understand at night but during business hour it was not welcoming. The staff need to improve their organization. Some customers were late getting their orders because staff forgot to ask for a name at time of order. All that said I think these are things easily improved. My plain coffee was good and my bagel was good and fast. I think once these things are improved I will be happy...
