Taco Bell — Restaurant in Arvada

I placed a mobile order a few days ago to feed my family, who were dealing with an at home hospice patient who passed the next day. They were starving, as they hadn’t ate all day- figured taco bell would be cheap and good. I ordered at 6:15, saw it was ready by 6:25, left to go pick it up.

When I walked in there were no orders sitting in the “Mobile Order” shelves, which no worries. I then proceeded to stand there for 5-10 minutes, multiple associates looking at me, but never acknowledged me. It wasn’t until another customer came in and then they went to help them first? I had to stop the lady myself to let her know I also have a mobile order. Finally got the food, which I saw them still packing up. Unsure why it would take almost 30 minutes total to make 4 regular tacos, 2 bean burritos, a Mexican pizza, and a quesadilla, while online it said the order finished 10 minutes before… but, hey I’m glad I finally get to eat. PS, I was the only customer in there. Nobody was seated, nobody was going through the drive through, the place was dead.

Go home, the Mexican pizza was RANCID. The burritos were really weird tasting, we ended up just throwing everything away and went to McDonalds. The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERIVCE EVER. if you decide to try this location pls use the drive thru becuase they prioritize that over ordering in or getting your food delivered. They ignore the compeltely counter. Several customers were standing around waiting to be waited on for ordering and picking up. The soda machine area was completely trashed. Inside tables were dirty and they lock the bathrooms up and don't wait on the people at the counter trying to ask for the code while waiting on their food. They served a line of cars in the drive thru prior to even coming to ask what all of us were waiting on. Waitied about q5 mins to pick up a pre ordered order. The girl with the glasses that have rainbows on the sides is a complete jerk. She was rude to all of us. There were several employees on the drive thru side of the food prep area and only one on the side for deliveries and pick ups and dining in. That's crazy how no one else could help make 5 orders from people INSIDE THE STORE. ALL THE ONE IN GLASSES COULD SAY IS "SHES BY HERSELF". like really? What the hell is going on? Where's a manger or is how yall are telling them to behave in training. Very unacceptable! Will never eat here again. The meat on my food was very minimal and the tortillas tasted old and dry. Used to go here at least once a week, I will never go again. It continues to go downhill. A couple of weeks ago I went and waited 25 minutes for my food while watching them serve people in the drive thru who clearly ordered after me then served 2 families inside who came in long after me so when I questioned them about my order it was discovered that they erased my order. The next week I decided to go to the drive thru and waited forever they watching them serve people inside that came in long after I ordered. While watching at the window I saw them had a bag to someone inside, then a minute later that bag was returned and I watched the guy slide the bag behind the register at the drive thru window. Thinking I didn't see it he then slide the bag forward to the lady at the register and she put a coupke of napkins in the vag and a couple sauces and gave it to me. I asked her if they had just given my order to someone else and then trying to pass it in to me and she replied no we would never do anything like that. I got home and we opened the bag to a ton of napkins and sauce packets and only half of my order. I called and asked to talk to the manager and when I explained what happened she replied there are only 2 of us here and we can't possibly keep up.. No offer to even make it right. I'm...
