My teenager had a rough day at school processing the sudden and very sad death of a teacher, so she left school early with a friend to go get boba. She made the mistake of trying a new flavor, which she didn’t like, so I encourage her via text to ask them if she could please exchange it for a new flavor, and after much reluctance and working through social anxiety, she finally got up the courage to ask… And they said NO. Firstly, how stupid can you be? I’ve been in customer service for a lot of years off and on, and that is NOT how you treat customers. You even have a sign posted saying this is how poorly customers should expect to be treated when buying products from your store. Giving people a heads up that they are stuck with a nasty drink if they purchase one is just moronic. Your store will not last if that’s how you treat your...

Where do I start?? First of all, how have I gone so long without knowing this was here?

The boba tea options feel limitless. They have every add on and mix in you can imagine. I've noticed many boba shops only do boba these days, not WeeTea! They have pudding, jellies, popping boba, CHEESE FOAM! This place is fire. I hate I didn't take a photo. I was too excited to eat my a BUBBLE WAFFLE!

I had a classic Thai tea with brown sugar boba, but I'm coming back at least once a week until I try everything.

Zen and Chelsey were amazing, by the way. As you can see, I was overwhelmed with the amount of options, and they patiently and happily walked me through all the fun customizations I could make. They really made my experience more than just boba.

My favorite boba place. Great flavors and variety of drinks, but the brown sugar boba itself deserves special mention. It has the perfect flavor and texture. Favorite drinks are black, oolong, and green milk teas, Thai, and taro. WeeTea signature is excellent and the winter melon and WeeTea special (jasmine tea, floral flavored tea) have really grown on me. They also sell reusable metal boba straws and boba glasses so you can enjoy your boba without adding to plastic waste. They also acknowledge their regulars which warms my heart in this crazy disconnected modern world.

2024 update: Still the best! As a fan of London Fog tea latte, the new Taro Earl Gray is an excellent flavor combo I never...
