Biscuitville — Restaurant in Asheboro

Absolutely phenomenal service!!! My family and I just moved to the area from Virginia, never experiencing a Biscuitville before. We spent the night in our new house the night before and this particular morning a tropical storm was coming through the area and it was pouring rain when I came in to get breakfast for my family while we waited for the moving truck to arrive. I had a large handful of bags and drinks to take to the car and the young man at the register offered to help me take everything to my car even though it was pouring out. I was caught a bit off guard at the generosity, but immediately accepted his help and we went to my car. I've never experienced such great customer service at a fast food establishment. And to top everything off the food has been great every time we've been since. It's amazing how many fake reviews are on here made by biscuitville themselves. No one makes reviews stating things like "I like their great service". My experience at this biscuitville hasn't been good. Their food is good, but their customer service is pretty bad. Specifically, the drive through service is terrible. I've been given food I didn't order on 2 different occasions. The first time it happened I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but the second time I asked for a medium drink and instead of respectfully telling me they didn't have a medium size they just gave me a large size without my permission. They just try to rush you through the drive through as quick as possible because they think that's going to make them more money. Treating customers with disrespect like that will hurt them in the long run as I was a regular customer but I now go elsewhere. That's a loss of at least hundreds of dollars a year as I...

Food was good of course ...but their Covid safety setup was concerning ... having a worker in drive thru walk up to certain ppl to take your order getting really close to your window ...( They were in safety gear ..) then driving around to the window to pay ..was coned off and had another worker take your card .. hand it to the worker inside the window that was blocked off ....two ppl handling my card was overkill imo and twice handled is unsafe imo but then drive up to second window which was not coned off and they hand you your food ..the setup was overkill and potentially increases chances of catching Covid bcuz the workers were changing gloves when handling my card or sanitizing my card before handing it back to me ... I sanitized my card immediately after getting it back ..but again the setup ...while well meaning ...seemed unsafe ...but...
