Went in to get another opinion of what I know to be a vintage STERLING silver concho belt (confirmed by a dealer in GSO and the operator of an auction house in Mebane). Both men at Double Eagle that day were downright rude and condescending. Offered me $50 without weighing or testing the content or even looking closely at the item. I was offered 4x that a couple of months ago in GSO by a dealer that has far better reviews that this joint. Maybe they’re burned out from people trying to cash in on the spike in precious metals prices and people haul in a lot of junk. Who knows. But I know what I brought in was not that. Everyone has the right to run their business the way they want, but if you’re bold enough to be that douche-y about it, without even an inkling of professionalism, then I’ll suppose you’re man enough to handle the the consequences of a SPOT ON...

Went in to buy some Morgan Dollars, was told they are $40 a pop. Spot price of silver that day per ounce is $23.43 Ok, I'm thinking he's got some nice Morgans in, no not at all. Comes from the back with a roll of them, tosses them on the table, crashing into each other with no regard to their condition. I point out that 1 coin has its rim dinged, ruining any value it had besides its silver content. (Not to mention he is probably the reason it was dinged) To be clear, this coin was clearly a CULL not worth $40. Was told to leave and "have a great day" Your better off going to Carolina Silver and Gold. If you don't care about getting the best deal with your precious metals, by all means visit this guy, he will take your money and thank you for being ignorant. He does not want knowledgeable people...
