The workers are tremendously rude! My mom & brother tried to order add on a biscuit at the window & the young African American lady with her braids in a bun was just flat out mean, rude & nonfriendly & flat out said āNOā when my brother asked can he add on a biscuit. My brother proceeds to the next window & asks is it possible to add on a biscuit & the young lady Caucasian lady with blue colored hair & glasses said āNo. You cant order. Go back through the lineā. So I proceed to get out of my bed & drive 10 mins to the restaurant to not only order food but see what the problem is, because why are you guys being so mean & rude to my family ON THANKSGIVING??? THE ONLY positive, is that my food was fresh. Its one thing to not be able to take an order because of the drive thru timer, thats fine⦠but its not what they said, its how they said it. Tone, body language, rolling of eyes, snappiness. Its unnecessary! I had to ask if she knew me & my family personally because what is the issue?? I spoke to 2 managers & the general manager said this is not the first time she has had to get on these particular 2 young ladies about them being rude to customers!! My mom owns a salon & this particular store gets talked about OFTEN for poor quality & unpleasant, rude & mean staff. FIX...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell I went thru drive thru and I had to tell them to give me the fresher chicken because they do a rotation so the old chicken which is the one that as been under the heat lamp for far to long and it's hard and dry. And I had to ask for fresh fries as always . And Mac &cheese. So I got my food and I finally got everything that I asked for. But I didn't get napkins or a folk to eat my Mac & cheese with. I don't understand why it's so hard to get what you need or even to just get your order right when it's not busy. There were no cars in drive thru and most of the time when I go in it's maybe 1 person there. I miss the days when they checked your order before you got to make sure it was correct. I remembered when I ran my own store and if the people were doing the job once they learned the job then they got replaced. Not anymore. Food cost is high labor is high and employees are to Sensitive to be written up. Times are bad and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am a heavy Bojangles fyi. But this one on Fayetteville st in Asheboro is not run efficiently at all. I have had several not so good experiences at this one and for the most part i let it slide, but tonight got on my nerves: i pay and right after i pay they tell there is no chicken ready and the wait will be 12 minsā¦fine. I almost 45 mins for my food. If i hadn't paid already i would have left. Also they didn't have any 1/2 gallon tubs for sweet tea so i had to get 2 large reg drink cups ( this has happened at this location every time i order the 1/2 gallon sweet tea)..it looks like this place run by young kids that have no one in there training them of the processes. This is the only Bojangles that had been this way. All the others in Asheboro and Randleman area and in Greensboro are very well ran! This Bojangles on Fayettevilleā¦.they need help. They move so slow and seems like they know what they doing. Try another location....
