TheOne Cell Fix — Local services in Asheboro

I have a pixel pro phone and I came in and they said they were able to fix it. I got my screen back and a few days later it started to glitch. (Costed me 350 just to get a screen fix) so when it started glitching, the dude said he would fix it and find the issue. When I went to go pick it up. The guy said oh we gave you a messed up screen, I said ok. Moved on. A few days later same thing happened., went back. Got it fixed. I asked what happened. He said we gave you a wrong screen again, this time I'm mad because this is my 5th time going back and forth. He said don't worry I got you, (u would think he would just give up refund my money) but no. Next time I went he said it's your phones issue. Which they lied because it wasn't. It was the messed up screens they kept giving me- because my phone works with a new screen now- not from this place, another place. I asked hey I need my refund. (Wasn't even like a month) Yall kept screwing with me and they refused. They act all like ya we can fix it but wth? Why did they give me messed up screens ? They cannot fix pixel phones. And when I called to ask they said I was the chosen one to deal with this issue.? Then I was like can yall transfer my photos. They had charged me $55 and transferred only 5 photos....

I took my phone in for a damaged screen. The screen was repaired but in the process the owner who was working on my phone damaged the center button. The owner asked me to come back another day because he had to order the button. i came back another day after talking to him on the phone reassuring me that he had the button and would only take 10 mins to fix. when i got there the owner stated that he forgot the button at another store. I came back tow more times and the owner was never there. I finally called him from the store and when i confronted him about the phone not getting fixed in a time manner he was rude and acted as he did not care. He told me to just leave my phone with them and that they will eventually get it fixed. I would not recommend anyone to do business with these people, they are not professional...

Very Professional Service I had to have my cracked glass over my camera replaced. I visited the store and was told that it would have to be ordered and would be in the next morning. I was going on vacation in two days and I was assured that it would be repaired and ready before my trip. I dropped it off the next morning and within a few hours it was ready. You could not tell that it was ever repaired. I am sorry but I do not remember the lady who waited on me. Again she was very knowledgeable and Professional When I picked it up. I was greeted by a young man who was also very professional. He was waiting on someone and acknowledged me and said he would be with me in a few minutes. I got my phone and I am very very happy. You should give them a try if you need phone repairs or a new phone. Great...
