Arby's — Restaurant in Asheville

I went to Arby's on 1360 tunnel rd in oteen on 6/12/2022. I went through drive through around 7:00 pm to order for my family cause at the moment I've been having surgeries and so has my wife so we haven't been able to cook for family yet so we decided on arby's. So as I was saying I went through the drive through and informed them I had 2 coupons the woman working the drive through told me to go ahead with my order, i ordered with one of the coupons and the next coupon said 2 regular roast beef sandwich for 5.00 and it said you can use up to 5 times the deal the so I ordered 5 times the deal which would be 10 roast beef sandwiches the woman said ok but came back a second later and said I could only use it 2 times. I told her the coupon said up to 5 times she than said the coupon also said only at participating stores. So I told her never mind on my 100.00 order I was fixing to spend there. I instead went next door and gave bojangles my money oh by the way they said thank you once I told them how I was done. So I called the manager at 1360 tunnel rd today 6/13/2022 to ask him do they except coupons he said yes and only said he would check into it cause evidently they had other employees from other stores i also told him that the information about coupon was confirmed by their on employee . So someone at this store was just lying to me trying to save money on coupon not being used but in realality costed them money. I would think twice about eating at a place that is not honest about their products or coupons or just being lied to on a simple coupon that they send out. Especially when the gas prices are high as they are now we look forward to using coupons when we can if you send them out to be used don't lie to someone that is trying to use one of y'all's coupons (please come on now thats a new low). So if your going to lie about something like that what else you going to lie about dropping food or food being outdated or keeping money that you overpaid or perhaps you could lie about anything right. I just don't like eating at dishonest places. Remember if they ain't honest about the simplest of things what else are they not being honest about. Remember that the next time you bite into one of their products think to yourself was it dropped or did they do something else to save money and is lying about it or just not...

We were in town for VA appointment and went for lunch today around 12:50. First off the drive-thru cashier was rude when we told her one of our chicken sandwiches was made wrong. Then we get the same sandwich back pretty much just bread switched but still had some lettuce on it. So this time I go in and request a completely new sandwich to be made. Another employee was beyond rude just talking trash and shrugging her shoulders. She was doing entirely too much for the money I paid for my food to be made correctly. Then get the new sandwich; get down the road and it was still wrong. At this point ya'll being petty and corporate will be notified. Her attitude got you the 1 for service and atmosphere. Next time do better for those who make your salaries possible. The two guys at the front were the only ones who acted accordingly when working with the public. Those other two women need customer...

This used to be a good Arby's many years ago now they never EVER get anything right. You always have to stop and check and 99 percent of the time something is wrong. You'd think a beef sandwich would be hard to screw up. Melted cheddar Cheese was put all over my half pound roast beef. I clearly and loudly ordered a plain Half Pound Roast beef. A waste and that sandwich isn't exactly cheap. This crew always finds a way to ruin it and you are miles away before you find out. Pass on this one. Your better off just going to the recently built Bojangles right next door, or better yet, getting a big Boars Head roast beef sub freshly made at the Ingles deli located just another minute...
