I bring my kids here often as I have the monthly membership and take advantage of it. We usually have the best time and the best customer service. Today however, I purchased the extra socks for the trampoline (something we have done many times before) they told us the rules (no flips, no climbing the next, no hitting, etc). My boys and another kid all got on together and were playing like usual kids do, they would jump then come out and play a game and run back in. After about 10 minutes of them jumping a worker (I did not get her name. She appeared “older” but unsure. Blonde hair, blue shirt.) basically ran over and scolded my kids + the other boy right in front of me and his mom. Very rude might I add. Then she stormed off with an attitude. The kids came and told us and continues to jump, play popcorn and tag inside the trampoline. After another 5 minutes, another worker (short, also blonde, younger) flipped the sign and told our boys to get out of the trampoline. She then proceeds to shut the door and lock it. I was going to request a refund as we truly only spent about 20 minutes all together after being there almost a full 2 hours. Definitely disappointed. The other workers I have encountered there before these two have been nothing but...
Read moreGreat place for a birthday party! Have had multiple birthday parties here for my kids in the past few years. Just did another on Nov. 9th, 2019 and I can't recommend this place enough! The past 2 birthdays I planned ahead and booked the mega Superstar party package and it is worth every penny. All the kids get to play unlimited games for the 2 hrs of the party (that alone is worth the cost of the package). You get a personal party host/ess that coordinates everything, preps everything and is really the best part of the experience. I get to be apart of the fun instead of having to take care of everything and miss all those precious moments. The package also includes Pizza for all the kids and a reusable Chuck e cheese cup and gift bags. Balloons are provided and the birthday kid gets to go in the ticket blaster(they walk away with a minimum of 250 tickets) Plus the birthday kid gets 2000 tickets automatically as a gift. For all that fun for my 3 kids and the 4 other kids and their parents that attended was a steal at only $200. I've spent way more on parties I threw at home in the past. I'm gonna hate when my kids get too old to want to have...
Read moreUpon entering the Chuck e cheese it smelled like sweat and BO. The noise is really loud, I don't recommend this place at all if you have a small child with auditory processing disorder or autism. It is very loud. I have an auditory processing disorder and even with noise cancelling ear phones it is still overstimulating af! I just watched a small little girl get taken outside by her mother because she was crying from the loud noises. Mind you this is my first time ever going to a Chuck e Cheese, I am 35 years old, and im not that impressed...at least not by this one. The games do give you tickets but it's all digital now, and it doesn't give you many tickets for what you pay for. It's very small and crowded at this location in Asheville. My son says the games are fun though! The servers are nice and the place looks clean. I noticed that the people who work here go around and clean the machines regularly, as well as the tables. The food is ok, kinda mid, but that's what you should expect for...
