Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Asheville

I ordered the Pretzel Crust pizza. Was there around 11:10 am. So they just opened and I was excited. I have vbee wanting to try this pizza for awhile. This particular store is my go to one. Its right on my way home, so I frequently stop there. I knew something was wrong when the pizza maker not the cashier brought me the pizza and didn't show it to me. So I opened it myself with him standing there. To my surprise the crust was flat. Flatter than a normal pizza. So I asked him is it supposed to look like that he answers yes. I then said pointing to the picture behind him above his head. Then why is it advertised like that and if it is then that's false advertising. He said he didn't know why and the way he made it is rth way its supposed to be. So I told him let me speak with the cashier. The cashier comes and says that it's supposed to look flat like a regular crust. Again I point out the picture and then he says it could have been due to the pizza maker rolling the dough and he would speak to him about it. I said again that's false advertising. He tells me that other stores have had complaints like mines. So I asked well why didn't he show me the pizza? He said it wasn't a district requirement. I expressed all the other stores I have visited even out of state always showed me my pizza before I left. He gave me my money back and I left hurt and unhappy because I now will never go back. On top of that when I got home he hadn't even given me a receipt for the purchase. Seemed...

Update (a month later): We tried again for their pizza and they seem to have gotten much better. Not sure what they’re doing now, but this time around they made a really good pizza. The bread/crust and toppings were just right and tasted fresh. Wondering if it was due to an entirely new staff. But thank you. 4/5 stars

Old review: I’m not sure what happened to Little Caesars. We used to love this place, but lately the quality of your pizza has gone from amazing to just horrible. We ordered a regular and a thin crust pizza today thinking that we’d get the same quality of pizza we used to get several months ago, but I could barely finish my first thin crust piece and the regular didn’t taste freshly baked, they tasted like microwaved old pizza. The thin crust had too much pepperoni that they were stacked up on top of one another, and the crust just tasted old. I really hope you’re not microwaving old pizzas and serving them out to your customers. I’m wondering if this place just got a new manager or new staff who don’t know what they’re doing. I came here around a year ago and a lady greeted me by saying "whats up" I told her I'd like a thin crust pepperoni and she told me they didn't have those any more so I told her thats weird because when I called earlier for the price they said they did. She then got mad and cursed me out and went to the back and asked the manager and he said yes they do and she came back and told me "you didn't have to be a jack as* and that I'm lucky she's on the clock" She kept smacking her hands on her but cheeks walking back and forth like she was mad her pants were severly dirty looking and she wasnt even wearing any gloves. I could also hear her in the back saying something about killing me. She better be careful who shes saying that to because you never know who is a government official.
