Worst KFC I've been to and sadly it's right down the street, right next to the worst Bojangles and McDonalds in the area, it's cursed. I went here for an app promotion. Buy a chicken sandwich get a code for a game.
I placed the order on the app, all good. Go to drive through. They tell me they don't have that sandwich type in stock. All I need is to finish the order to get the code. I say "Ok can you just give me a smaller or different sandwich"? "No" they say and have no idea about the promotion.
I kindly ask for a refund. I literally told them to give me a chicken tender and fries. But, nope, then they refuse to refund me or cancel my digital order saying it's not possible. Which is ridiculous! They had attitude and were vaping in the kitchen as well. Disgusting behavior and service.
Also, I've been trying to get my refund for 6 months. Every time they phone support or website...

Read moreI’m very disappointed to hear that they were going to close down the buffet line for good and alter the revenue structure to 50% percent for promoting products 35 percent for advertising 6 percent for operating costs and 9 percent to pay their employees to only just deal with inflation which brings the “yum brands” revenue structure to 50 percent for promoting products 35 percent for advertising 7 percent for employee pay and 8 percent for operating costs. Businesses should pay 9 percent for operating costs (not 6%) and 6 percent for employee pay (not 9%). This is the worst restaurant chain to visit.
