Bojangles — Restaurant in Asheville

My husband is now on his way back to Bojangles because they gave me potato cakes instead of dirty rice. I repeated my order 4 times. I said I want 2 supremes combos with dirty rice... He said can I repeat.... I repeated. Then he said oh you want a kids meal.... What? How does that sound the same? I said no and repeated my order again loudly. Then he ask what drinks.... I said mountain Dew and pink lemonade. Then I pulled up and he said you wanted a mountain Dew and coke.... Lol.... I said no I want mountain dew and pink lemonade. Again how does coke and lemonade sound the same? Then I said I needed honey mustard.... He said they don't have any. I said fine never mind. Then after being there 10mins at window he said can I pull up and wait. I said no because its already a car waiting there. He said well pull to the other side then and gave me my drinks without a straw. I waited... Me and the other driver. About 10mins later the manager brought the food out and I told her he didn't give me any straws. She went and got me 2 straws. They didn't give me a receipt which I didn't notice until I got home. I opened my boxes and I had potato cakes instead of dirty rice.... Again how does dirty rice and potato cakes sound the same. I only had 3 chicken strips... Lol. Awful. Whoever is working in the morning as manager has a major attitude problem. I’ve literally worked at bojangles before so I know how the restaurant works 🙃🙃 I ordered on doordash & CALLED THEM TO ASK TO MAKE MY LARGE BO ROUNDS FRESH & EXTRA CRISPY.. which to any other normal person working at a bojangles would mean they need to wait til the doordash person gets there THEN drop the order of hash browns.. when I tell you these were the COLDEST & most stale bo rounds I’ve had in my LIFE!!! They were inedible. I called to let the manager know that they were first of all THE WRONG SIZE but also COLD & EXTREMELY STALE & I could tell they were not extra crispy cause one of the borounds was literally still frozen on the inside. The manager interrupted me several times saying she “dropped the borounds right after the call” so.. you dropped hash browns 15 mins before the door dash person even got there? Like what? 🙃 THERES ALSO NO WAY THESE WERE MADE 15 mins before, these tasted like they had been sitting for an hour or more. MAKE IT...

Just doing drive-thru service. They have a big sign on the window, but they also have a big sign about their 2/5$ ham biscuits that I equally ignored. I left early for a client meeting to grab breakfast on the way - ended up eating in my truck in the client's parking lot. I kind of get why they're doing that because there were 2 homeless/vagrant guys in the lot, but the signage could have been a lot more obvious and better placed. My biscuit and botato rounds were quite nice and done properly(though I would have liked ketchup for the hash browns - my fault, I didn't ask or check), and while the girl at the window was friendly, polite, and all, her idea of "a little cream" and mine differ quite substantially.
