Subway — Restaurant in Asheville

The guy I had tonight was super efficient and really nice and... Alone. As soon as more people came in, it stressed him out a bit. He was gretup until then. Even let me know the bacon for my son's wrap HAD to be heated when a couple of nights ago, a woman didn't heat it. Found out that's against the rules. So tonight, once he was rushed, he made a small but major error. Perhaps it was partly my fault because I didn't insist on putting the cookies with a peanut butter one in my purse. He said he knew which was which, so I trusted him. Now my husband's sick at work tonight because he, in turn, trusted ME. So, 2 suggestions: 1) have enough staff there and 2) be sure when someone states an item could make a family member sick (especially with a peanut allergy) that the front line gets it in the right place. This place is awesome! They don't know my name, but they know my face and know my sandwich order!! Subway club, super heavy on the pickles, and super super heavy on the oil and vinegar!! Awesome workers and just a really good place to get what I want in a sandwich without all the glitz and glam! One of the best Subway restaurants I have ever visited! I will not order from any other Subway in Asheville. This is the best one. Everything is fresh, everything is clean, and everyone is not angry about being there! Super nice workers!! (And that's hard to get in restaurants here in Asheville... Most wait staff, cooks, and cashiers seem ticked off and make you feel like you're a burden... Not so...

The woman working there this evening was super lazy. I saw they closed at 9:30 on google. I still called at 8:37 to be sure they would be open when me and my child arrived. The woman told me they close at 9:20. My daughter and I arrive at 9:12 after driving 25 minutes there. The open sign is on as we pull up. As we walk in, the lady turns off the open sign and tells us they closed already.

She literally wasted 50 minutes of drive time for my daughter and I. She also closed just because she was too lazy to make two more sandwiches.

She needs to be fired. I want my gas money back and money for the time she wasted. ...
