Starbucks — Restaurant in Asheville

Good morning today is 4/15/21 my morning started of dropping my truck off at the Kenworth dealership here in Asheville NC I am a professional CDL driver I had the opportunity throughout my travels to various restaurants, truck stops, cafe's and diner's which brings me to the point while my truck was in the shop I decided to walk to get me something to eat I went into starbucks to get me a latte I discovered my phone wasn't charged and asked the starbucks associates is it possible if I could sit in a certain section to charge my phone, due to covid-19 I'm aware of some of the restrictions there were tables that was closed off I saw two different tables with laptops out and open and other ppl utilizing the tables some were not dressed as associates except one after observing this I was informed the only section I was allowed to sit in was the patio outside I'm professional well dressed neatly I feel this conduct was unprofessional while I shouldn't have to mention this I am a black female but I thought all lives matter...... truckers support...

This is absolutely the worst Starbucks I have ever been to!! They were operating as drive thru only and did not turn off online ordering and would not answer the door or answer the phone to explain to me the situation. While I love Starbucks. This Starbucks is not for Nomads or Flex Workers. If the internet is important to you, you will need to go somewhere else. At the time of writing this, I was the only one here. The internet is on a limiter, preventing you from opening basic webpages, reading emails, or downloading attachments from clients.
