I used to come to this Starbucks after picking my mom up from work in the morning. But after my last experience there I will no longer be coming because I tried asking for my usual drink and I did receive the wrong drink but the girl that answered the door wanted to argue with me about it. I always order a venti iced toasted white chocolate mocha at least 2 to 3 times a day so I know my drink obviously. I tried to tell the girl this is not my order it's too dark of a drink and it tastes like a regular mocha, instead of just fixing it she argued with me saying no that's the color of the drink I make this drink all day everyday, then asked me do you just want me to make you another one to show you it's the same color and I said sure. She then brought out another drink which was exactly like the old drink and hands it to me saying "there is that better" in a very snotty way and I did not want to keep arguing with her over a drink so I just said yes and took it and went to another Starbucks that I always go to in Hendersonville. Now I can see if I came up to this girl in a rude way why she would be snotty towards me but I wasn't, I just simply explained to her in a very calm tone that it was too dark to be a toasted...
Read moreI enjoy this Starbucks very much! The location is nice, and there is always good parking. I am giving this Starbucks 3 stars only because of one issue: the crew can be a little off some days. One day, you can get a great barista who gets your drink quick, and is polite, and another you can get a member that is new, or just lacks patience. I ordered a very basic drink with two modifications. It was not a “quarter pump” type of drink. The member gave very clear signs that they do not understand, so I gladly repeated, but the patience was not there. She was clearly done with my order and she hadn’t written anything on the cup yet. This is not common, but it happened. Secondly the crew can break a nice studying silence sometimes with abrupt laughing or conversations. I understand this is a retail job and sometimes you need to socialize to survive, but the loudness and topic of conversations can be off-putting, such as criticizing other employees on the floor. This is something that happens on the later shifts (5PM+) mostly during the weekend, but still on weekdays. Besides these points, I think this is a great location with a lot...

The setting is spacious, equipped and welcoming for those needing a space to work or study.
At the doorstep of Biltmore Park Town Square, this Starbucks is conveniently located off the interstate, and is in a relatively safe and welcoming part of town.
I’ve visited this location a dozen times or so. I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks coffee per se, but I am a fan of their general community oriented vision and appreciate their emphasis on caring for their employees. My interactions with the staff at this location have, in general, been positive experiences.
Drive thru ready for your convenience. The only con is navigating the occasional logistic night mare of pulling in and out of the parking lot which is situated adjacent too, and shares right of way with, the Shell station, McDonald’s. Parking has yet to be an issue for me, but there are other businesses who share the lot with the Starbucks.
This Starbucks is not exceptional, but it is dependable...
