Love chick fil a so we stopped on our way home at the Chick Fil A in ashland. They were busy which my husband figured no bid deal its cfa they handle busy no issue.well this cfa apparently cant because we waited for over 40 min just for him to get the front of the line and order. He finally gets to order and comes to where my daughter and I are sitting. We start eating and my daughter got sick all of a sudden. So my husband takes her outside after asking one of the employees if they can bring a mop over to me so I can clean up the mess. The employee he talked to said yea no problem and disappeared. I get a ton of napkins to clean up what I can waiting for the mop. No one comes so i go up to the side of the counter and try to get the attention of someone which they all ignored me. So finally I go back to the table and continue cleaning with napkins and i see an employee start stocking the condiment area. So I go over and tell him again we asked for a mop and requested he bring it over so I can make sure I dont leave any vomit in the middle of the restuarant. He says oh ok not a problem and disappears to the back so I go back to the table and wait and then finally I see him come out with a box and he goes back to putting sauces out and filling napkins. I finally gave up and walked out they obviously do not care about sanitation and while I cleaned it up I wish I could know the floor was clean completely. They also messed up my sandwich. They had quite a few guests in the restaurant but no where near the amount our cfa gets in Fredericksburg and ours would have been out immediately to help us if that had happened. They bend over backwards to help their guests and make sure their restaurants stay clean. I know this from a customer perspective as well as from an employee standpoint. I worked for the southpoint location for years and being busy would not have been an excuse for not helping to take care of that situation. And again I was willing to clean it up myself but now they have to do it if they decide to cause after waiting forever so long asking multiple times i gave up. If this location needs to learn how to run a chick fil a i suggest you contact any location in Fredericksburg to train because this one misses the customer...

I gently asked if he could pull out and take a lap because I have the short U-Haul 10ā box truck AND U-Haul trailer and that is the only exit that I can get out of (going around the building is physically impossible, and I know from experience this Chick-Fil-A is accessible since this is my second round of moving). He immediately hit me with hostility and āyou shouldāve thought about that before coming in hereā ???? Like I was speechless I couldnāt even say anything because there is absolutely no reason to 1) be blocking an exit and 2) just take

After suffering from a terrible experience at a McDonald's on our way up to Maryland, we wanted a good experience on the way back to South Carolina. That left us searching for a Chick-fil-A. Alas we finally found one on I95 in Ashland, VA. We pull up to the Oasis and dreaded seeing a long, double lane of cars waiting for their meal. We queued up in line and were greated by a super friendly man with an tablet. After expertly taking our order and our names, we pulled a few feet forward where a manager nimbly accepted our debit card, ran it over to a register, swiped it, and hustled back to us. The manager then ushered us to the drive through window where we were greeted both by name, smiles, and our food. Astonished, we started to make our way back to the road. Only 7 minutes elasped between the time we pulled in to this packed Chick-fil-A and when we pulled away with our correct, fresh, and extremely tasty order. A band of smiling Chick-fil-A service peoples beautifully orchestrated the best drive through experience of our lives. 10 out of 10, would drive 8 hours for this...
