I’ve come to this Panda Express twice now and they’ve gotten my order wrong both times. First time, I ordered the Beyond orange chicken and they gave me regular. The guy who replaced it had an attitude about it, and I didn’t think much of it until it happened a second time tonight, same guy. He’s worked the headset at the drive through both times; he was tonight (12/28) around 8:20. Since it had been messed up the last time I visited, I was sure to expressly state it was the vegetarian orange chicken a couple of times when I ordered. When I checked and it was the regular orange chicken, I asked him nicely if he could replace it and, once again, he was unnecessarily rude about it, not apologizing at all—which would’ve been fine if he hadn’t yelled at me to keep the regular orange chicken. He seemed more annoyed than anything, as if the problem at hand wasn’t his fault. I rarely leave reviews, let alone bad ones, but this is truly a ridiculous way to treat not only customers but people in general.
Also, the beyond orange chicken he gave me was so burnt it broke the prongs off my fork. Coupled with the poor customer service, the quality of food certainly doesn’t make this location worthwhile of trying...

However, when we got in, we saw that they were starting to clean up. As we were moving through the line and specified we wanted to eat there, I asked what time they closed. The manager's response you have about 9 minutes to eat. It was very off putting.
Another group of guys came in as they were ordering, we tried to eat fast. However as soon as their order was complete, he came to our table and told us we had to leave.
I did let him know that online said a 10pm close time, but he responded very rudely that the door said 9:30.
While I understand the site was wrong, the whole exchange was just bad. And the food quality was horrible, but we made it work given we had been on the road for hours, and was just passing through and options were limited in that area. Even if the option presented itself again, I'd rather...
Read moreSo I work in the area and visit Panda Express maybe a couple times per month. No issues ever. Everything has been fine. This week I went through the drive thru, ordered, she said it was $10/11 roughly, which is all typical. I didn’t get a receipt (I normally don’t). Went on about my day. The next day I check my bank account and see that I was charged way more $40.77. I went back to Panda Express fully and expecting that nothing could be done because I didn’t get a receipt. To my surprise, Malim, the manager, was extremely helpful. I gave him the information and he said that’s not right we are going to look into this right away. By the of the day, there was a credit pending back to my bank account. Everyone was super nice, even the guy behind the counter.
