Are these people still in business? They ruined the case-back on my husband's Longines Dolce Vita Watch when they were located in the shopping Center By trying to install a battery. Then tried to pass off the watch to him with the Caseback broken ! If they aren't Authorized or qualified to open a Longines watch they should admit it and don't touch it.
