McDonald's — Restaurant in Ashland

if i could give this mcdonald’s a 0 star rating, i probably would. we are new to the area and also work an odd work schedule so the options are limited for dinner by the time we get off of work, which is why we get food from this mcdonald’s as it is one of the few places that’s open late. however, every time we come here our order is missing at least one item, if not more. AND it’s always COLD. i don’t mean just a little cold. the fries AND nuggets( if we actually receive them)AND sandwiches feel like they are left out for HOURS. if we’re lucky and actually receive the items we order, they’re made wrong 9/10 times. (as seen in the photos i attached to this review, one of the many times i’ve ordered a modified sandwich, for it to made completely wrong. what’s the confusion between tomatoes and cheese?) i normally don’t leave bad reviews as i’ve worked in the fast food industry for many years and i know how rough it can be sometimes, but cold food and missing items /incorrect food aren’t something that should happen every time. i really wish something would be done about this and that service would improve in the future. get...

Figured I would pick breakfast up for my family this morning because it's Saturday and nobody wants to cook on Saturday mornings ..and I.am very displeased with the meal I ordered two Bacon Breakfast platters one chicken biscuit and one sausage egg biscuit and a side of gravy well the problem with the food was the bacon was almost raw didn't even look like had been cooked, the eggs we're slimy and not finish cooked and they didn't even give me my side of gravy ,even though I paid for it .....I get so tired of them saying it's all in the bag and when you get home u find out things are missing or the food it not fit to eat .. what happened to taking pride in what u send out and u served the public.... the sad part is I am a regular customer and I come about every morning I think they got about the last of my dollars...

I legit don't know where they found the people that work here or what kind of magic makes their food but this was legitimately the best experience I've ever had at a McDonald's I asked for extra ice got it ask for a side of Mac sauce no hassle got it got to the window got to pay automatically greeted with a smile friendly people amazing service you don't see that too often especially going to fast food restaurants literally anytime I ever go back through here I will definitely stop here also when I got the food fries we're so fresh ask for some ketchup no problem went and got it put it in my bag for me and my Quarter Pounder oh I can't even describe to you best Quarter Pounder I've ever had in my life thank you guys for just doing your job I wish more places we're...
