McDonald's — Restaurant in Ashland

I have to say that after you guys ran out of those collector cups the management did not charge any less or suggest the big Mac meal that is significantly less due to the collectors meal having no collector cups, they just took your money and said we're sorry but we have no more cups I asked for a collectors big Mac meal, they charged me the full $16.49 each for 3 meals but did not say they were out of cups until after we paid collectors meal prices and not the regular $12.79 regular price they should have charged us. They had no more cups and all they did was say I'm sorry but I have a real problem with this being $3.70 more without a cup. So what made it even worse was the feeling of being laughed at by the entire Spanish speaking kitchen when we said something. For the most part even the manager acts and the employee's act like they don't understand english or what your saying and they just look at you and smile.. This is not how we should be treated and the management should have fixed the problem right away. Me and the misses spent over $55 with my grandkids on collectors meals and can't even find a mcdonald's in my area that has any in stock. When will more cups...

Once again this is a very disappointing experience. For the past month even today on the radio you hear of the ad campaign two egg mc muffins with cheese for $ 4.00... Upon arrival i was informed breakfast has reverted back to breakfast hours only and my request cannot be honored... Mcd's should really pick a plan and stick with it ! I just dont know how the chain stays in business !! Even Burger King and Wendys offer similar deals all day not to mention Dunkin Doughnuts - MacDonalds is just a waste of time as far as i can see - Even when you compare the price of a single Big Mac to Burger Kings 2 whoppers for $6.00 ( I get mine with cheese and with tax the total for two is $ 7.70 ) - I hope Mc Donalds drives themselves into bankrupacy - In todays time Mc Donalds perputrates a fraud in their ad campaign and are exorbarantly priced for their other menu items. You should be ashamed of yourselves Mc Donalds corporate !!! As for all of us you should really think before before buy food at this business...

First off, this place is never busy and I can see why. The employees are lazy, there is absolutely NO reason that anyone should be waiting 15 minutes in the waiting spots designated for you when you go through the drive through. This has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME that I have been here. Not only are the employees lazy but so are the managers and nobody has done a damn thing about it. Food is always either piping hot or stale and cold. It is not hard to work this job, ITS PRECOOKED BURGERS AND FRIES. Absolutely would not recommend this spot for it puts the term “fast food” in the trash. If you need 15 minutes to “cook” an already cooked burger. With prices going up, we all expect better quality and an easy meal, not something that takes 15-30 minutes to get out to you meanwhile the person who came 3 cars after you in the drive through gets their meal in just under 5 seconds.
