Got the Italian to compare against the nearby Jimmy John's, and it was FAR better. Even if JJ didn't screw up our order, I don't think it's likely they would've won. Bread and ingredients tasted much better. Also picked up a Philly. Steak was very good, but if you order it be aware they don't include onions, you have to request them even though that's standard basically everywhere. That's on me for assuming, BUT, if they aren't including those things, they honestly should be loading up more meat and cheese. The ratio is sad otherwise. Fries were not seasoned at all. I usually wouldn’t write a review but this is probably the 3rd time this has happened so I figured I would. Decided to give this Penn Station a try on my break from work and honestly was pretty disappointed. Asked for a chicken cordon bleu plain, just chicken, ham and cheese. Order came out the first time and had everything on it, I’m allergic to lettuce so it had to be remade. Waited about 7-10 mins for the remake. Got the second sandwich and STILL had mayo and mustard on it. The other times the sandwiches were wrong as well but didn’t have lettuce so no complaint. I’m in the restaurant business so I understand the struggle but still. Probably won’t come back...
