Penn Station has a remarkable team that runs the place. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a well-lit, spotless, and orderly environment that speaks volumes of care and attention behind the scenes.
The afternoon manager, a tall gentleman who deftly balances grill work with gracious hospitality, runs a tight ship with kindness and professionalism. Even while manning the heat of the kitchen, he makes time to thank patrons with sincerity—a rare and welcome trait.
At the counter, the young, shorter cashier stands out with her friendliness and helpful nature. She carries herself with the kind of cheerful efficiency that makes ordering a pleasure.
