Ashland Town Center — Local services in Ashland

I was recently publicly embarrassed by the Time Warp mall location as I found out I had been banned from shopping there for literally no reason. Tried pursuing more information for the ban only to be told by the owner it was because I'm "Nasty."

We had a prior disagreement on Facebook. I'm not sure it warranted me being banned and publicly humilated by being told that Im nasty, but here we are.

I do know that it's not the Ashland town centers fault. But I have to leave a review here as well because it did happen on ATC property.

I haven't caused any disturbances. I haven't done anything but exercise my free speech.

I just want people who plan on giving Time Warp business to understand what they are dealing with.

Time warp will use the name and number that you provide for the ban list. Don't give it to them in the first place and you'll be fine.

Also, do not follow their social media. Owner cannot take the heat of a public forum. My mouth is what got me banned and subsequently humilated in front of friends and family.

Healthier, affordable food court options are needed. Having a pet washing service so close to the food court is shady, and too unhygienic, especially when it is on the trail to the bathroom. People still walk around this mall somewhat more than the current dying mall standard, however I have noticed with time that overall change needs to take place or Ashland town center is likely to continue to follow that path as well. I believe shopping at the shopping malls has become difficult, and that is why they are dying, and is why improvement is required. Sometimes too much distraction (like outside of decoration(which needs updating because it’s hurting the mall not to) or a kiosk reasonably spaced within the halls) will make the mall look tacky and make it too uncomfortable for shoppers. I visited a few days ago from out of town and it was nice. Except one store. I love animals and thought I’d look in Earthwise pet. Their doors were wide open and it seemed welcoming. I was greeted with a drastic temperature change and humidity that felt like Florida. The staff were extremely friendly, but I asked them what was wrong. Their AC is broken and the manager was no where to be seen. They told me it’s been a reoccurring issue and they don’t know when it would be fixed.
