Customer service is pretty good which is the only reason why this Gamestop has two stars. As a customer who frequents these Gamestops often, I find myself thoroughly irritated with this one in particular. Almost everytime I have come to this one I have some sort of issue. We'll start off with the first issue years ago with the location of the Gamestop in the mall. Due to this location you cannot access midnight releases of games, I will fairly say that this has changed recently though that you can go to another nearby Gamestop for the midnight release; However, why would you not just go to that one and preorder? Also, to my knowledge I think they may finally be open for some other releases which is finally a plus. Moving on to my other negatives, I have almost lost 10 dollars due to an employee's lack of attention, I don't believe he works there anymore (I wonder why). They do not ever inform me on any of my preorders being cancelled, I once came into that gamestop and they had refunded me 120 dollars because I never knew of those games being canceled. Maybe they sent me an email and I never received it, but to my knowledge I have never seen an email about either game. Finally on a more recent note, I have driven down there now 3 times to get a preowned xbox controller to work for the xbox one and a gears game. The first corded one didn't work at all, the second one's trigger never stopped firing a gun, and the third controller's light never came on and the right trigger never worked. Of all my problems with this store, the last entry is what really gets me, none of these controllers were tested and fit for resale. Read moreI went into the store on a Saturday to browse games. I found an older game that i know had been released on both Xbox 360 and Xbox one. I know from other games that sometimes dual releases like this sometimes don't have all the features on 360 that they have on the one. When I went to the counter to ask the young lady whose name was Audrey, if it came with all the features,with a chip on her shoulder she told me she doesn't play that kind of game and she didn't know and went back to talking to her co-worker. It was as if I had insulted her by interrupting her conversation and she seemed even more offended about the game that I asked about. I then get home and the disc is unreadable. I don't really want to return the game there because I don't want to be treated that way again. It's truly sad that these days people in retail seem to forget that without clientele they do not have a job or a paycheck. Hopefully I will be able to return this to the GameStop...
