My desktop crashed after downloading a windows update and I tried everything I know to fix it myself but it was just something I couldn't do at the time. I took it in on Friday to get diagnosis on it. I was quoted somewhere around 150ish. I told them Id bring it back when I had the extra money which was a few days later. Got a call back and was only charged $35!!! They took the Diagnosis fee and added it into the 35. How awesome is that! So far I am having no luck getting it to reload so I will be taking them up on their offer to help. They did tell me the new Windows update over the weekend caused problems for a lot of people.    Read moreWas told it was "impossible" to get a parts replacement quote over the phone even when I had the model and serial number. I recieved an over the phone quote from the repair shop in Flatwoods with no trouble. This place didn't even want the opportunity to have my business.
