If I could give this location a less than one out of 5 stars I would. I’m not one to complain or leave a review like this, but I have to say I was very disappointed. I went into Men’s Belk to get my boyfriend something for Valentine’s Day and I was on a time crunch so yes I did walk in 20 till closing time. As soon as I walked in the doors an employee looked at a customer and said “yep it’s about time for the shop lifters to come in” and was staring directly at me. I have never felt so disrespected and humiliated in my life and me and my family will never be back. Read moreThis store was so cluttered and rummaged through that you couldn't find anything. It reminded me more of a clearance store(last chance for merchandise for the chain before they get sold off, donated or dumped)for the whole chain, although I've been in many clearance/outlet stores(ie Dillards, Nordstrom, etc) that were more well kept than this place. The store is dated and signage for departments are almost non-existent. Tried looking for a dress for my young adult daughter and we never did decide which was the juniors department vs all the others, so we walked out after frustration. Read moreI bought a shirt and all I wanted was to return it for the right size. They used 42 for Large but it was too small. Apparently, Unique Bargains sold the item to me through Belk's website, and so it is my job to follow up with this random vendor that won't return my calls. It is literally a voicemail box rather than a call center. I have no idea why a company would push their return policy off on the customer like this, but Belk could have stood behind a $25 purchase and made a lot more money off of me in the future. Instead, I will look elsewhere for clothing purchase from now on. They don't seem to understand the customer experience at all. I've had better customer service on Mercari....or Craig's list for...
