This place is a joke... Went through the drive-thru in the evening. While ordering there was an audible yawn come through the speaker, when asked if they yawned, they lied and said that nobody made any sounds... should have been the first sign that this was going to be a bad experience. They rang up my food wrong. I pulled up and asked for a drink carrier for my 3 drinks and they didn't even put them in the carrier all the way, shoved the drinks in my face, one of them falling out and spilling a 1/4 of my drink inside my brand new car (I had to say that because I originally said they spilled half my drink and she corrected me that "it was not half your drink") The guy at the window, after spilling my drink inside my car, didn't apologize or anything... just stared blankly. Had to get the manager, and she wasn't any help either... the guy then only offered napkins to clean up the mess... then as he handed us the food and closed the window made some derogatory comment under his breath.... so we opened the door to get the managers attention... she then stuck up for him, lied about him not saying anything to us other than "goodbye" which he never said either... then simply told us that we were holding up her line and to leave or she'd have us removed... Called back once we got home because the this situation was handled all wrong... she simply told us that we were in the wrong, that the derogatory comment was only "heard" because we had "a guilty conscience" and said "Sounds like a personal problem" and said that me calling back was "harassment." then hung up on me... Couldn't even bring up that they got my order wrong because by that point they were angels and we were just harassing them... This place needs adult supervision... NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN Manager is a flat out liar, staff is unprofessional. They didn't even offer to do anything about it other than "napkins" didn't even offer to replace or refill the...
Read moreDuring this past summer I’ve taken my girls to this Wendy’s every Monday and Wednesday. Each and every time we are there our orders are consistently wrong the chocolate Frosty’s are never frozen and are always softer than a milkshake almost like drinking milk. I have attempted to talk to store management on numerous occasions with no response. I’ve called their corporate office which is franchised out of Ashland Ohio and spoke to their district manager Who then explain to me that our experiences were unacceptable and the changes would be made. I decided today Sunday to take my kids back to the same location to see if anything has changed over the last week and a half. Needless to say this will be the last time I ever show my face and the store again. Upon entering the location the trash cans were full and overflowing the floor in the dining room had food under every table and booth the majority the tables were dirty and there were no condiments in the condiment station. I ordered our food which included two chocolate Frosty’s to see if the problem has been rectified. As soon as the young girl put them on the tray I took the lid off and noticed yet again they weren’t frozen and they were almost like milk I explain to her that I didn’t want those and I would like a refund because they weren’t frozen. The young girl then asked the manager in charge which was a female wearing regular clothes not even a uniform to come up and refund me. I asked her how long before the Frosty machine gets fixed it’s been like this all summer. She proceeded to tell me that the frosty machine is fine and this is the way the processes are supposed to be. When I explain to her that I’ve already spoken to her District Manager and the frost machine wasn’t did not fine and the Frosty’s should be frozen like every other Wendy’s locations are she rolled her eyes...
Read moreEverytime I order here, they always get the order wrong. I ask for light sauce and they always put more or average amount of sauce on my sandwich. They forget to give us straws and forks to our meals half of the time we come in. Compared to all other restaurants, Wendy's is the number 1 for messing something up. Hello again, it's been 2 weeks since my original post above and Wendy's obviously doesn't care because they haven't said anything back. Thanks for still proving me right Wendy's. You are terrible at making orders, and dont care about customers critic. It has been 3 years now. I decided to give them another shot. Pure disappointment AGAIN! They got my fiances order correct. But they completely forgot my entire meal. This is why I haven't gone back in 3 years. And I won't be coming back ever again. And WENDY'S you still don't care about your customers complaints. The more you don't listen to your customers complaints the more money and profit and customers you loose overtime. AND YOU CAN'T BLAME UNDER STAFFING BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ONE IN...
