Arby's — Restaurant in Ashtabula

Terrible. Terrible location, terrible service, decent food (sometimes) the worst drive through setup humanly possible.theres room for litterally only 3 cars to be in line and that includes the car ordering. This is because the box is 30 feet from the road and only accessable from one entrance. So if it's busy cars have to line up in the road, and even there there's only room for maybe two more cars because it's on an intersection. Drive through workers either can't hear or don't pay attention, either way, something needs to change. They never give you forks, but you'll get your straws if your lucky. Never ask if you want sauce and won't give you any unless you ask. Staff will be yelling and conversing with themselves as your at the window and pay no attention to you other than taking your money and handing you your food. Probably the all around worst fast food place...

I had iffy experiences before they reopened. This time I took an elderly disabled widow who never gets out for a treat. they took our order…. Incomplete- I work 72 hours a week so I just accepted it- the lady at the drive through gave me attitude when I asked about sauces saying she already put stuff in there. Cool, but you didn’t ask or give me a chance to order. We aren’t paying 30 bucks for YOU to decide what YOU like. We left it alone. Some sort of gross berry jam sauce? We threw it away. Anyway, I didn’t have our $30 order in hand before she let go almost sending it flying after it hit my car door. No one was behind us so they weren’t busy. Foods always good…...

I normally love this place roast beef sandwiches are fantastic BUT... I ORDERED THE ROAST BEEF SUB THAT YOU DIP IN DIJON SAUCE. I bought two sandwiches one for me and my mother. I had to take the roast beef from one sandwich to put it on the other so we had enough meat to make a sandwich!!!!! Hardly any roast beef was on the sandwich and that I have never had to say about this place before. Were they busy yes but that's no excuse to only put hardly any roast beef on a sandwich. So if I could give them a minor star I would. All my other encounters at Arby's has been fantastic except this. So it's hard for me to...
