Mike's Pizza and pub — Restaurant in Ashville

I really wanted to like this place, but not so much! Let’s see….. I ordered the pepperoni pizza, well done and “Ham & Cheese” Pizza Rolls. I have no idea how or where the misunderstanding of a pizza roll is, but y’all really missed it 🤦🏽‍♀️ Unless you like extremely oily egg roll wrappers that contain a few chopped pieces of ham, I couldn’t find any cheese inside them. Y’all may want to rethink the oil you’re using. They were awful! Ahh and the pizza….. I ordered a pepperoni pizza WELL DONE!!! It was a normal bake. Tried to order pizza from them twice. The first time, it never showed up and when I called them back, they had no idea what happened to the order. The second time it took over an hour, and when the pizza arrived it looked like it had been made by a 5-yr old child, way too much dough, which was not completely cooked, and the toppings were all in lumped in the middle and didn't even get close to the edge. I ate one slice because I was starving and gave the rest to my dog.

I've tried all the pizza places in Ashville, since I live here, and Triple Play is usually the best as far as service...

Rude service upon placing order over phone. Some employees clearly havent learned the menu as they sent me the wrong food and then tried to blame it on me by telling me the pizza I ordered wasn't on the menu, yet they read me my order back, as did the manager (owner) Food was absolutely terrible. Owner rude as well. Highly dislike new management and staff. The owner also said she would refund the money for wrong pizza, having the driver bring the 15.50 back. And never showed up. Joke of an...
