Short review: Sometimes youll get the nice women otherwise its a rude staff.

Long review: Their night staff can be very rude and and take their mistakes out on you. It's fine if someone is new to working but don't take their mistakes out on a customer who isn't being irate.

Unless your lucky to get the women crew who is generally nice, the guy and young women working (12/27/23 @ 840pm) need to have an attitude check.

I was the only one in drive-thru. All I did at first is use my code when she asked, & she immediately said is that it? I hadn't even ordered...

I said large ice hazelnut coffee, light syrup. The girl proceeded to enter a normal coffee, small coffee & big Mac and add hazelnut to the coffee's.

At first she said oops but then proceeded to believe she was correct and ask me if that was it.

I stayed polite and said asked what she meant/doing because that isn't what I said. As I tried again to tell her the correct item, a guy came on with an attitude toward me as if my fault.

I told him my order, he said we already know after he asked for it. He then proceeded to make it incorrect. Light syrup is a lighter amount.

I worked at McDonald's in the past and yes mistakes will be made but this is...

I placed a mobile order for breakfast ahead of time so that i could spoil myself with their yummy breakfast because i knew i wasn’t going to be able to get there on time and i was so excited because i never wake up early enough for it LOL i get there and my order was cancelled for some reason and i learned that they don’t make the order until you get there so it’s nice and fresh and i didn’t get there till after the time breakfast is done. I had no idea that that’s how they do things, this is my first time using the mobile app and that is NOT THEIR FAULT, IT WAS MINE. i’m making that very clear for you meanies that love to bash these workers. but besides the point, they still made it for me and didn’t charge me for the smoothie or the coffee (which they did NOT have to do, it’s not their fault that i’m stupid 😂) but i appreciated it so much!!!!! they were SO nice and...

I was stopped at the drive thru and was asked to pull to front window because I was completing my order through the application. The lady at the front window, Denille, had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. She makes me never want to come back to this location with how rude she was. I went to a different location and had to come back to this location since my order was placed here and she had no patience. We got placed in a parking spot to wait for our order. We seen her sitting in her vehicle eating her lunch, staring us down, and last but not least BLOWING CLOUDS OF MARIJUANA at our vehicle. I asked the employee for confirmation of her name. The nice gentlemen stated that is most definitely Denille. I've never experienced an elderly lady this unhappy....
