Dunkin' — Restaurant in Aspen Hill

Most of the staff is friendly. My orders end up being correct only about 65% of the time. Bathroom tends to be pretty gross and dirty ... Esp since they let the guys use the girls bathroom too since the men's bathroom is out of order a good portion of the time. Wednesday, April 19, 2017 Went into to buy a donut. Decided to used the restroom while there. They now have a unisex bathroom. I walked in, started gagging and came out immediately. The stench was so overwhelming that I started to vomit. There were napkins all over the floor literally and piled high around the toilet. When I asked for the manager, they claimed he wasn't there. Every time I've requested a district manager's name and number... This store "miraculously" doesn't have a district manager or they don't know how to reach that person. Just gross and disgusting... And if that's how they keep their bathrooms... What happens to the food?? I know for a fact that the tall girl with a very short cut did not wash her hands after doing a couple of "ewwwy" things. There is NO handicap accessible parking available at this place! Also if you use a wheelchair or a walker it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to get in the doors of this store. The doors on either side don't even open completely and cars park in front of the door blocking it ... Also making it impossible to get...

I went to this Dunkin Donuts because it was the closest that was open after 10pm on a weekday. I arrived at about 1030. The parking lot was pretty full even though there didn't seem to be a lot of people inside. 2 couples and single. The first thing I noticed when I got inside was the two gentleman and woman behind the counter. One guy didn't have a mask, the other was wearing it on his chin. The one guy with no mask was also wearing a Jean jacket which seemed weird. I though Baskin Robin's and Dunkin Donuts has a uniform. No one was in any kind of uniform, but the jacket seemed weird. The girl was the only one wearing a mask appropriately. The place seemed more focused on ice cream and drinks than actual donuts. I didn't even see the price for donuts on the menu. I ordered a dozen assorted donuts and a "coffee roll". Normal people would call it a cinnamon roll. The donuts seemed smaller than usual, and the roll was a little stale. Overall didn't expect much at 1030 at night and it didn't disappoint. The customer service was average and the food...

I live close by this dunkin donut location. Each time I get off work after 11p.m. . I have to wait for 20 minutes till a cashier shows up !!!! It's unbelievable! I don't understand how a store can be open without any cashier or person at front to take care of customers???! Tonight, I waited so long , went back to store asked if anybody is there? Nobody answered ( as usual ). A homeless guy was there told me they are outside. I went outside , looked around , nobody was there. I'm writing this review only because I do want the supervisers of this store be aware of what's going on at this store and be aware of their night shift staff which usually missing 90% of the times at this location. If you don't have staff over there at night why you even bother to keep this...
