McDonald's — Restaurant in Aspen Hill

One of the WORST customer service experiences I've ever encountered in my life. Stopped by at midnight just to get myself a Coke for the long-drive I still had ahead of me. Stopped by at midnight, and had to go inside cause no one was attending the drive-through. (Looking back, that should have been my signal to just leave.) Once inside, the cashier was busy chatting it up with a customer and saw myself and another customer walk in behind me. She made a comment about being closed then left to grab the manager - who came out screaming at us that they were closed. "We close at one. But we're closing now. You have to go!" Keep in mind that there are families sitting and eating at tables in the middle of their meals. And it wasn't even 1am!! It was 12:10. He was incredibly rude! And one gentleman came up, asking if he could get a new fry cause he spilled his son's fries and the manager said that he was gonna charge him $3.50 for a new fry just because they're closed. He told the cashier not to give him fries unless he paid at least $3.50 and then walked out of the front door and went to his car. Absolutely...

I was here less than 15 minutes or so. I had this person (employee) stalking the life out of me. And after I noticed this person taking pictures of me. I noticed he also called his manager to further try to harass me. The bathrooms are definitely locked. As a potential customer and past customer I am blown away by the lack of professionalism. The first employee went as far as looking inside my friend’s vehicle(he pretended to be brooming and was touching the car basically). We knew it was a retaliation tactic. Him trying to discriminate me. IDC. I simply took note of this. When he was that close to the car it was clear not only was he trying to discriminate me but in top of that I felt him trying to be threatening. I was only concerned for my rights. That’s it If you see these people. Report them. There are people who genuinely don’t mind working and not focused on trivial things. I was not doing anything out of the ordinary just minding my business. It was a clear attack...

This restaurant is horrible, I have never had worse customer service in my life! Every time I go to this McDonald’s my order has been wrong. Will not be going back to this McDonald’s again. They do not know the difference from a macchiato and an iced coffee. So every time I go to get an iced coffee they give m a macchiato which is bad for business since a macchiato is a $3 + drink and they’re giving it to me for $1.69. I ordered a macchiato and an iced coffee they said that the macchiato machine was down so they couldn’t give me a macchiato but what about the iced coffee? They couldn’t make any iced coffee beverages so they replaced it with a small smoothie, when we ordered lg drinks. I’m sorry but we lost money on this deal and I’m pissed!
