Tom's Pizza Place — Restaurant in Aston Township

Toms has been my favorite pizza place since 1997. The last 2 years somethings changed. I understand that accidents happen. I ordered a giant square pizza. I was sent a large but charged for the giant square. I was told they could take it back and correct it but I ordered the food at the time that I did because that was convenient for me. The driver said they could credit me for next time. Here they were able to fix the charge and only charge me the price of a large but now I have no receipt and no idea what my new total is. I have the wrong size pizza for my family. And would need to have my card charged a second time to correct their mistake. Because of the many order mistakes of the last two years I'm walking away. I wish toms the best and hope they figure...

I have been going to eat lunch at Tom's for about 22 years and to date have never had a bad experience with the food, Nick or Pete or the Dad, Chris. Now with the bar and dining room I have been there with my family and have even had some corporate events there and everyone I have exposed to Tom's has nothing but rave reviews of the food and not to forget the servers at the bar and in the dining room. I love toms and its the only pizza place i go to! The food is amazing and tastes amazing, the service is amazing because the wait is always only 20 minutes and because of how quick it is i don’t eben realize how hungry i am! The atmosphere is amazing but i haven’t seen all of it, I’ve only seen the take out area and not the rest (planning on seeing the rest soon!) toms is overall amazing the staff are so kind and everything is just amazing i totally recommend this pizza place!
