Wendy's — Restaurant in Atascadero

This location has a tendency to make people pull up front when you're going through the drive through. I understand the idea is to lessen traffic through the drive thru. However, it's inconvenient when trying to get a quick meal, especially when it's not even busy. The last time I went, they told me to pull up to the front of the store, and they gave me my food but kept my debit card. I didn't question it at first, but when I entered the store I caught them handing my debit card to another customer to pay for their order. The customer didn't even notice it wasn't their card and both them and the worker tried using it. I was gone for one minute and I'm not sure how they could make a mistake like that. If I hadn't been there sooner, a random customer would've walked off with my debit card. Luckily, my card doesn't have a tap function. That was the only method they tried to use my card, so I didn't pay for the other customer's order. However, a blunder like that means I can't trust this location with my money so I will not return. I didn't recieve a reciept by the end of it either, so I have no idea if I even paid for...

If there was a zero button, I would select that option. The night crew is so slow and rude. The day crew is awesome! I made the mistake of coming in at night. The young guy who greets you doesn't know how to smile or show compassion. The rest of the night crew is so young, that to they kept messing up on the Homestyle Chicken sandwich I ordered. I stood there watching them, they kept messing up 2-3 times. Then the free frosty is a joke at this location and I paid for the key card at this location. Again, if I come back it will be in the lunch time. The manager was even standing right there, so if someone from this location responds, _Oh just contact one of members of management, he was standing right there and so anything to help the situation. I ordered on Doordash. The burger and shake I got were great as well as the lady who delivered them to me. She was friendly. But... when I went to eat some of my fries I could feel nothing except grains of salt all over them. I could even see the crazy amount of salt falling off. Im sad to say that I couldn't eat my fries because there was only the gross taste of salt. So im giving a 3star because im taking into consideration the effort u guys r putting in through this time as well as the stress ur going through.
