For this to be my first time ordering here, it was one of the worst experiences! The food was great ! But the service …… When I walked in I wasnt greeted or wasn’t even recognized that I walked In . There was someone behind the counter but they was carrying on a conversation with another employee. I continued to go to the kiosk to place my order. Placing the order was easy but receiving my food was not. There was a couple that walked in 5 mins after I walked in and proceeded to do the same , order at the kiosk, but instead they was greeted with the upmost respect and asked was they dining in or taking out. I didn’t let it bother me. I continued to place my order which I completed the order before the other couple placed their orders because I seen and heard my ticket ring up. I waited for 35-40 mins for 8 wings and fries. During the time I waited , I witnessed the couple receive their food that was placed about 5-10 mins after I placed my order. After about 25 mins of impatiently waiting, I asked the cashier about my order. He said they just got through with your fries but they’re still working on the wings , which took way longer than it should have , considering I’ve been a line cook for 10 years . By the time my wings came out , my fries was cold. They didn’t have many customers and I would have understood if they was getting to go orders ready but they wasn’t . When the cashier handed me my order he simply said the cook likes to get everyone that’s sitting in order ready first . This was the worst customer service I’ve EVER...

It was one of the greatest restaurant experiences I’ve ever had In Athens. Not only were the food portions amazingly large, they were incredibly quick with their service. There are multiple servers that kept coming up to me and being phenomenally nice and offering me all sorts of service; There will be no drink at this restaurant that is not filled immediately. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough, and you should bring your friends here immediately. This is one of my favourite restaurants in Athens and I come here all the time, I have probably been here 20 to 30 times. If you were scared about giving them a chance, you should just pull the trigger and pull up to the restaurant because you will not be disappointed by the great tasting food, amazing staff that work at this restaurant. I LOVE Korean food and am thrilled that Athens finally has a Korean Fried Chicken Restaurant. The first time I went, the music was all K-Pop (I'm not a fan), but last night it was all KDrama OST songs, which I LOVE!! I heard so many favorites and our sweet waitress Trina even asked if I had a request when she found out - and played it! Trina was personable, informative and a great "face" for the restaurant. I hope to see her again when we go back. If you love Korean fried chicken, don't miss eating here and try the Galbi! (They were out last night!!), and the Honey Garlic! Both are fantastic.
