I took my mother visiting from out of town here a few months ago. The woman at the front desk was so nice and even gave us a scavenger hunt sheet for my son. The second time we went, however, the woman at the front desk (a different older woman with glasses) was so rude and acted like we were intruding. She barked at us to be quiet because there was an event going on. When I was waiting for my sister while she was in the restroom, I overheard the woman muttering about us and our kids to another lady that was sitting next to the front desk glass. The kids were giggling, but otherwise being very well behaved and there were absolutely no signs to let us know there was an event going on.
