Bulldawg Pizza Wings & More — Restaurant in Athens-Clarke County Unified Government

Pathetic service. We waited four hours. We called them again after two of these. I was put on hold, for the woman on the other end to inform me that the delivery person had "just left." She told me this without knowing my name or order number. She also informed us that they had been calling the wrong number up until that time. We checked, and the number we submitted to them was correct, but did restate our number just to be clear. Yet, two hours later, they had yet to deliver or call. Apparently, their delivery person had not been given the new number. In their defense, the gate to our apartment complex was malfunctioning. I stress that this would not have been a problem had they recorded the correct number either time we gave it to them, or contacted us. Our order was wrong when it finally did arrive. And finally, upon realizing he had given us the wrong order, the delivery person offered to take them back. They did not give us our correct order, and refused to bring us correct orders upon hearing that we had bitten into the one he gave us. The fact that they were going to serve the food they had already given us to someone else crosses the line from terrible service to customer...

The pizza (if it arrives) is amazing, two stars for the food. Everything else is utterly atrocious. I have ordered a few times from here in my 4 years in Athens and it has been an appalling experience. Every time I have placed an order online, the pizza does not arrive. I phone Bulldawg to inquire as to where it is and I am offered no apology nor explanation as to why it hasn't arrived on time. I am simply told (upon only giving them the address it is going to) that the order is on it's way. Half an hour later it still hasn't arrived, I phone back and again I am offered no apology nor reason as to why my food STILL hasn't arrived. Ordering on the phone is hardly any better, the pizza will still arrive late. Delivery drivers are relatively friendly though they don't come into the building. Overall, probably best to go somewhere else unless you want to have an entertaining game of gambling with your friends as to whether or not your food will arrive. Very disappointing as the food is great, customer service and reliability...

First time ordering here, and the last time we’ll ever order from here. The management/staff here is absolutely horrible! My boyfriend and I ordered through delivery, we got a pizza and some wings. The wings were extremely small, over cooked and some of them didn’t even have any meat. We called them to inform them of this and they said that they would make a new order and send it out to us. Told us it would be 30 mins. Well 30 mins pass and my boyfriend gets a call and the first thing that was said “uh ya did someone order wings?” Thought it was weird, but my boyfriend proceeds to continue speaking with the employee over the phone and he was incredibly rude the whole time. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
