Jersey Mike's regular staff is exceptionally friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented. The store is always clean, and my order is always prepared both quickly and correctly - no matter how ridiculous. I am a proud regular of this Jersey Mike's, and I am on a first-name relational basis with most employees. My only concern in years of frequenting this location is that the staff members and regular management are more knowledgeable than the corporate employees sent to educate and supervise them (namely, a notably friendly but forgetful supervisor named Ron). On one of my most recent visits, my regular order (a giant number 8) was topped by Ron; he did not ask me if I wanted bacon on my club, automatically placing it on my sandwich, and he did not ask if I wanted mayonnaise at all (I had to ask for it later, though it comes on the sandwich). In addition, he shook oil and vinegar directly into my bread and onto my topped sandwich, which left the sandwich unusually soggy - though still tasty. When he wrapped my sandwich, he accidentally coated both the entirety of my sandwich and its wrapping in oil and vinegar, which made it the messiest sandwich I have ever eaten. Ron followed my unusual instructions for the cutting of the sandwich to the letter and held engaging conversation with me while he prepared the order. When I left, I complimented Ron on a sandwich tastily made, and in camaraderie, he slapped me squarely between my shoulders. I was not hurt or offended by this at all, and I felt that it contributed to a feeling of brotherhood with the staff, but I felt that this action also belonged in my review, as a less social or more sensitive person could easily misconstrue or misrepresent this act in a way that endangers the store legally. In conclusion, despite the occasional counter-productive (but social) corporate presence, I would wholeheartedly recommend this Jersey Mike's to anyone who appreciates the service of warm employees who go the extra mile for their customers - and also to anyone who has a fondness for...

Their sandwiches are great if you can actually get one. I was at this location about a year ago. I tried to order a kid’s sandwich with added things to it and was told they couldn’t make it that way. I said I understood but I was willing to pay extra but they still wouldn’t make it. Said then I wouldn’t be back. Well I decided to go back. We ordered our sandwiches (we were the only ones in the store at that time) and the person that took our order put the orders on the counter for someone else to make the sandwiches and she rang up our order and we paid. The guy making our sandwiches was so slow but I was being patient , he wrapped our sandwiches up. Then the phone rang. Another guy answered and the phone and then asked the guy wrapping our sandwiches to take it and then disappeared. Instead of bagging our sandwiches and chips and giving them to us he took the call. So our sandwiches just sat there. It took forever as he argued on the phone. He finally hung up and the other guy reappeared. He started bagging each sandwich up at a snails pace and would stop in between to discuss the phone call. Needless to say I finally asked for my money back and left without any sandwiches. Jersey Mike's is my new favorite quick stop for a DELICIOUS meal. Although is been at this location for 15 years. I had never visited. I stopped by for the first time yesterday. Boy, am I glad I did. I had dropped of a passenger close by (I drive for a ride share app) it was slow at the moment and I was starving. Not knowing what to expect, I was very impressed. I ordered the #17, YUM, grilled hot cheese steak regular size sandwich. WOW piping hot cooked to order and the staff was friendly and helpful 😀 👍 🙂. Max and James explained the menu to me and were fantastic. It didn't take very long. I was soooo impressed I spend all day Tuesday (today) thinking about that sandwich lol.
