We would give none star if we could. We dealt with the terrible ATTITUDES of two workers last night (around 10.30 - 10.53 pm). Please find out why they did this! First, we were in the first lane trying to order our food. Here is our attempt (just for the context). My boyfriend was ordering: 1 filet fish sandwich, 1 small chocolate shake, 20 pieces of chicken nuggets, and a large fries. I suspect she might have a hard time hearing what he ordered. However, she just literally stopped taking our orders and didn't even bother to repeat them. We were WAITING for her response for a good 20 minutes. So, we decided to move to the first window.
Here we were at the first window. A male worker repeated an order which was not right "at all." We told him that the lady just did not take our order. He simply said we would have to go around and order again because he cannot take our order and IGNORED us. What MAKES SENSE in this situation. My boyfriend asked to see a manager. He said he was one BUT did not try to find out what was going on or help his customers. So, if he were one, this is how he dealt with the problem?
IRRESPONSIBLE! CARELESS! UNPROFESSIONAL!
Yes, we were waiting at the window just to react to his attitude. He went away and came back with a nice lady. We were trying to explain our situation to her. This male worker was back there, interrupting the conversation. Anyway, after a good long 12 YEARS, we were the customers. Not anymore from this point...

After ordering a McFlurry at the speaker, and reiterating that order as I paid at the window, I wasn't charged for it, and when i pulled up to pick it up, I was told by the manager that there was no possible way to add it.
Now that's fine, mistakes happen, but the manager then proceeded to ask:
"well did he (guy at pay window) hear you?"
"Uhh I don't know"
"Well maybe you need to speak up more. Ok bye 👋 get on"
Manager and pay guy were in an intense conversation as I repeated my order, so maybe that's the reason?
Either way, before all of this, I wanted to avoid the line and go inside to order. The signs clearly say the dining room is open until 11:00 PM. It was 10:15 and the doors were locked "because we don't have a third shift" whatever that means.
Bottom line, mistakes happen, but don't treat the customer like the mistakes are their fault. It's insulting.
The owner of this franchise is missing out on so much money from just a little oversight in how the employees treat customers and make fast food "fast food". Like millions of dollars.
If the lines at night were fast and customers were treated with respect, how many more people would be ordering from this...
Read moreWell, we haven't gotten to eat there yet and have been twice to try to get my kids the new happy meal. Both times within two weeks they were so cr crowded that the drive-thru was all the way out to the main road and the inside was all the way packed up all the way around to the inside and we would leave and come back and they would still be waiting on their food 45 minutes later and behind the counter working is like 10 or 15 people and everybody's fussing about how is taken how long to get their food and both times we went was like this and both times we went one of the managers got in arguments with a two different customers and chased him to the parking lot and told them never to come back to her store again so I don't think we'll be going back to that one ever again until they get some new people in there because they're not working they're not even doing anything if there's that many people working behind that counter they should have no people waiting whatsoever and definitely should not have rude managers that run the...
