I recently visited the Subway store on 824 Hull Rd, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. What made my visit truly remarkable was the outstanding service provided by two young boys who went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. From the moment I entered the store, these two boys greeted me with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. Their enthusiasm and professionalism were evident as they efficiently handled the busy lunchtime crowd with ease. Despite the fast-paced environment, they remained calm, composed, and focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Not only were these boys efficient, but their attention to detail was truly impressive. They listened attentively to my order, making sure to clarify any special requests or dietary preferences I had. They expertly customized my sandwich, ensuring that each ingredient was perfectly placed and proportioned. Their knowledge of the menu was impressive, as they effortlessly answered questions about different bread options, sauces, and toppings. The āownerā a woman with red died hair who would not give me any contact information for someone above her and her name yelled at me in front of other customers all because I asked if she was talking about me to the other employee. She was obviously frustrated when I asked if she could put the bacon and cheese on the top piece of bread before it was toasted. The other lady had told me that one of the cheeses that came on one of the sandwiches that I was getting came with fresh mozzarella and I knew that my husband would not eat it so I asked if it could just be put on my sandwich and the lady making the sandwich said sure that would be fine. I asked for double meat for one of the sandwiches and was told the price and was willing to pay for it but when I asked if she could put the bacon and cheese on the top piece of bread before it was toasted she made the comment that it doesnāt matter where itās at because it all gets toasted. Then started making derogatory comments about customers and how she had already thrown a customer out today and banned them and sheād throw me out too. She asked me if I wanted drinks and chips and I said honestly I donāt even want the sandwichās now because of the way youāre yelling at me. So she, the āownerā who did not have a name tag on or have a professional bone in her body proceeded to scream at me as she picked up the two sandwiches and threw them in the trash. During all of this she was bragging about how she had already banned other customers today. I did call the non-emergency sheriffs department number to file a complaint against her and it appears that I am not the only one that has reported this lady. Apparently this location is a āproblemā location due to the calls made regarding the confrontational treatment towards customers from employees.

I came in and ordered 7 sub sandwiches which was handled with professionalism and accuracy. Keeping my staff on the job and making a hot and nasty day better. The following day I went back to the same location since I had such a good experience the day before. The experience I had on day 2 was the complete opposite. I met the subway artist from hell on this day. Trevor was not only rude and abusive to his fellow employee He made it a point to point out to the customer behind me and myself that any order over 4 sandwiches are to be made online. Everybody doesn't have the option to take time to place orders online. I left the store with a sour note due to this employee and tried to follow up with the store manager which was a non starter as they only give you the number to the store to contact her. Your concern only goes to the main number that says she isn't here. I spent $120 here in the last 2 days however today and in the future I will spend my hard earned...
