Order wingster 9/3/17 they told me my would be 45 min to a hour I was ok with that. But what I was not ok with is with my food came to me cold my fries were soggy my supposed to be lemon pepper wings had no lemon pepper on it. So I called back to the store to speak with a manager and was told he was out on a delivery. So I proceeded to tell the guy on the phone what the problem was he asked me what do I want him to do about it he also was letting me know that they had a very busy day today so I told him I understand that because we've had a very busy day as well. But throughout our busy day I do made sure that my customer food was always hot not cold. He also informed me that the other customers did not complain but like I explained to him the other customers may be at home where they can warm there food up in the microwave where as though I'm not at home I'm out working and I can't warm my food up so why should I have to eat cold food especially when I pay $31 for my food. So he called me back and told me that he spoke with his manager and the manager told him to see how much of the food I ate so they can replace my whole order Which once again probably take a whole another 45 minutes I declined that off because I don't like anyone remaking my food for no reason then he ask me what do you want me to do I said please don't do anything but please know that I will not be ordering from you ever again to me this is bad customer service. To me I think they need to find another way to keep the food warm for the customer so they can hot food when it comes to now not cold food I didn't pay $31 for cold food that's the case I could've went to Zaxby's and spent $31. Wish I would have read the reviews before I ate here not a lot good one at all Not a happy...

We visited the establishment for a late night meal after a wedding party, around 1am-ish. So this may be why our food was just lower than okay. Practically inedible, the wings were so small and crunchy. Really, no meat on them. We only were able to taste the outside seasoning they added. We ordered over 100 wings, fries, and lo-mein. The food was just a big NO. It was hot but way overcooked. Fries were normal. Lo-mein were oily and mushy. The service was actually good, and they were actually accommodating. The food itself was just lacking and could've been a lot better. But again, it was late night. I'm not sure if that had anything to do with the poor quality of food, tho. I got tuna kimbop and udon togo and they were both super good

-kimbop was not sweet, and the amount of seasoning was great. Like the rice was actually seasoned- not just white rice like some fake korean joints. Fillings to rice ratio was pretty good too. Only thing is that I expected tuna mayo instead of just tuna? But I feel like this is more of a preference so just an fyi

udon had unexpected flavor, not that it was bad, just different than what I expected. Not like regular japanese udon but more of korean old fasion udon.. (가락국수 스타일!). It was tasty with hearth broth:)
