I guess with time comes new management and this location used to be amazing but is now not worth it. Gotta love ordering a kids sub plain with mayo added for my different needs kiddo with sensory processing issues and food aversions just to have the sandwich maker holler at you twice that children's subs are not to be altered ingredients wise and that she let it slide because the cashier was new 🙄. Not even going to get into the atmosphere in there with the employees 😳 because it was so tense in there you could tell they were all miserable. Service was junk but atleast the food wasn't horrible. Won't be back under this management for sure.

I wish I could remember the name of the woman who always makes my sub...she is fantastic and i don't even have to ask for extra pickles, I guess she knows what this pregnant woman likes! Always fast,...

I don't live in Athens but am there frequently. Yesterday I was in the mood for a firehouse brisket sub. I got there between 4:30 and 5pm. No one in line and only 1 couple in the whole place. I ordered my sandwich that comes with mayo, cheese, BBQ sauce and brisket, I added onions. The lady working the counter Brianna very nice and professional. I had no reason to doubt my order. She even pointed out that the price had increased. I don't mind paying if I get what I order. The second person Savanah ask if I wanted my pickle, I answered yes please. I was disappointed when I got home I live probably 20 miles away. My sandwich had nothing on it but brisket and BBQ sauce, plus no pickle. We all have bad days and I understand when your overwhelmed but as I mentioned it was slow. I personally feel like I wasted 20.00....

Great dine-in experience. Prices are slightly on the high side compared to the larger Subway franchise. But considering the quality of the food and unique experience you have from customizing your order down to the range (1-10) of each sauces degree of burn level lol. Sauces being scored low to high , the experience is well worth a try. I guarantee you won't leave unsatisfied nor hungry.

Did I mention each order comes with a pickle on the side and all proceeds go towards local emergency and fire personnel needs as well as other helping charities around the South East.
