A nice way of putting it... They should cut the overhead and close the doors! Poor everything, dirty as hell! Everywhere and the night shift manager should be fired, immediately. We were not served at all but became a witness to a young 17 year old boy chastising his supervisor for the poor direction she gave the entire restaurant. His mantra went on for a full twenty minutes as my husband and I waited at cash register to be greeted and take our order... But when we walked in, not one person was in establishment, windows were so dirty and smeared you could barely see the sun setting. The doom and gloom of dirty floors, counters and windows made a fear inside our stomachs to wonder if we should even entertain placing an order. As we stood there waiting, tucked in a corner of the drive thru window was a girl counting a cash drawer, never once making eye contact or even cared that a customer was waiting, then out of the blue came a young teenage boy from the back telling the cash counting girl that "quote" I am 17 years old and I am smarter than this whole place, I've worked on my day off because you cannot make a schedule, I was never trained to take cash nor work a register but I was able to be a cashier and make the food but all you do is stand around and count cash... I just want you to know that I am NOT missing my prom tomorrow night, I don't care if you fire me, I'm not going to miss my prom! At that moment another customer walked in and now my husband and I and another gentleman became witness to an inexperienced manager and her employee... Still not waited on but now she told us she will get with us.... How much longer did we have to wait for a Krystal burger? And most likely one that did not meet safety standards? We ended another 5 mins... But eventually left the third customer to himself... Did the other two worry that we walked out? Nope... So my question to ownership or corporate... Why waste money on two individuals who have no experience on customer service nor the experience of operating a restaurant? How does one explain keeping the doors open and lights on? I can assure you We will not be back, and that experience ruins it for stores that may have the "chik filet " philosophy make money and prosper...
Read moreI usually come to this location every night, usually around 11:30 P.M on the way to pick up my bf from work, I always order the junkyard fries. Most of the time they are so cold the cheese doesn't even melt on them. The chili is cold like the warmer it sits on is off, the bacon is hard as if it has been sitting all day, and the fries are cold as ice. I love the fries during the times they are hot/fresh but it is a rare occasion that I get them hot. If i ask the employees on 3rd shirt to make the fries fresh they reply “they are” when they usually aren’t. It doesn’t take very much time to just drop a basket of fries and cook them for three mins, to satisfy a paying customer. Not to mention i stopped ordering krystal's burgers, bc they was grey and raw ordered a sackful one time just to throw then away haven't ordered them since. I am to the point of just not coming back to this location again. I don’t know who the manger is on night shift but they do not enforce the food safety for their customers for sure. I hope they passed servesafe because Whew they sure don’t use what they learned. The sign on the front window “served hot & fresh daily” is false advertisement for this location because it is never hot or fresh. The employees do not care about their job on night shift not one of them. The ones you might think does, I promise they don’t. Very disappointed in how bad this location has gotten over the years. I would love to see the owner turn this location around before...
Read moreDon't waste your 35 minutes in line being the first person up to order your food. My first experience I was the only one in the Drive-Thru and it took me 12 minutes to get an order of tater tots and fries and two sodas. Thought I'd give him another chance. The following weekend I stopped there to pick up some breakfast. I ordered three biscuit, egg bacon and cheese combos. pulled up behind a car at the window. they waited 10 minutes before they were asked to pull forward. They waited another 5 minutes while we were sitting at the window for someone to bring out the rest of their order(15 min). We waited another 10 minutes at the window. Already at 25 minutes since the time we took our order. We were informed 15 minutes after sitting at the window that they didn't have biscuits so they would use the bread from the sunrise combo. After waiting 5 to 7 minutes longer I got the gals attention and asked her if they'd started making my food because if they hadn't I was leaving. Needless to say the manager came up and refunded my money because they still had not begun making our food well after 25 minutes of placing my order at the window and only one car at the window before we pulled...
