Zero stars. Ordered my pizza at 5:40 with an expected ready time of 6:00. I arrived at 5:58, sat behind 2 cars at the drive through for a few minutes. Pulled up to the window at 6:05 the lady said my order wasn’t ready it would be a bit longer. She claimed they were short staffed. She came back to the window at 6:10 and asked me to pull forward because it would be about 10 more minutes on my pizza. She said they would bring it out when it’s ready. She didn’t look the cleanest and didn’t seem to care that it was taking so long. Immediately after pulling forward I noticed that my order status had updated to ready. Well that was a lie. At 6:25 I just left. If the staff look dirty and it takes them that long to make pizza, I’m sure the food isn’t going to be worth eating. After working a 12 hour shift I don’t want to sit in a drive through way past the time my food is supposed to be ready. After all my order was marked ready so where was my food? I left and went to another establishment. I contacted corporate about my experience and told them I needed a refund. They apologized and said the store would be in contact with me within 3 days. Read moreOrdered food Friday night for my son and grandmother for delivery. Waited 2 hours and finally called to check to see how much longer it would be. The lady who answered the phone would not even let me get my name through and just started spouting names and saying she didn’t even see my order then proceeded to tell me it’s on the way and they are having to use door dashers as driver, still never got my name. Waited another 45 minutes for the food to show up and it was wrong. Tried calling back multiple times that night but no one ever answered. Called the next day and spoke to the manager who did give me a credit, but not for my full order, only $10. I do understand they were short staffed and didn’t want to make a big deal about it. Wanted to give them another shot tonight. While my order was on time for carry out, again the food was wrong. Let them know and was told they would remake it. After sitting in the lobby for 25 minutes I asked where my pizza was. They hadn’t even started it yet. Read moreI ordered 4 pizzas for pickup. The order was incorrectly combined on one ticket, causing a 10-minute delay while it was separated. • Back at my salon, we discovered 2 pizzas were wrong. My beautician called the store. Ashley was rude, said “If you’re going to escalate the call, I’ll disconnect,” and hung up after we provided the ticket number she requested. • When I went to the store, Ashley admitted she hung up, refused eye contact, accused us of “causing a ruckus,” told me to leave, and went to the back. • Before 7 PM, she locked the front door (store closes at 10) to avoid addressing the issue. • Police had to intervene to secure a store credit since Ashley refused a refund.
My Concern: Ashley’s actions—hanging up, locking the doors early, refusing to address a simple mistake, and requiring police involvement—were unprofessional and unacceptable for a manager.
