Desiree the manager did a great job taking my order. When I called I had no idea they were short staffed she remained calm. When I came to get my order she was friendly and fast. The pizza and cheese sticks looked delicious and tasted delicious! You are appreciated! I haven't been to Pizza Hut in two months. Definitely not the same experience. I ordered a cheese pizza with lite sauce and cheese sticks. It was $20.69. The pizza hardly had any cheese on it, and tasted salty 🤢 yuck. It was very disappointing and most of it was wasted. I have no idea why employees do this. If you wouldn't eat it why would you give it to a customer. Make food the way you would want it if you ordered it. I ask you if you ordered a pizza and cheese sticks that cost $20.69. What would you do if you got this?

I decided to go to Chick-fil-A to get something quick and with good service. I stopped by the location intending to request a refund, but there was a line out the door. I just turned around as I had to get the food back home. After getting back home I got a text at 735 pm that my order was on the way. We had already sat down to eat the Chick-fil-A. Nearly 2 hours to get 2 pizzas delivered. Horrible experience.

The man who manged the window was very friendly and the only positive side of the experience. The boneless wings were... Fine, but I wasn't expecting much from them anyway. The breadsticks were soggy and room temperature. The pizza, though, was the worst by far. The pepperoni pizza was 95% bread, 1% sauce, 3% cheese, 1% pepperoni. I've never, ever, had a pepperoni pizza with 2-4 pepperoni's per slice. Overall a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend going back as long as Pizza Hut doesn't understand that a pepperoni pizza should actually have pepperoni on it.

Zero stars. Ordered my pizza at 5:40 with an expected ready time of 6:00. I arrived at 5:58, sat behind 2 cars at the drive through for a few minutes. Pulled up to the window at 6:05 the lady said my order wasn’t ready it would be a bit longer. She claimed they were short staffed. She came back to the window at 6:10 and asked me to pull forward because it would be about 10 more minutes on my pizza. She said they would bring it out when it’s ready. She didn’t look the cleanest and didn’t seem to care that it was taking so long. Immediately after pulling forward I noticed that my order status had updated to ready. Well that was a lie. At 6:25 I just left. If the staff look dirty and it takes them that long to make pizza, I’m sure the food isn’t going to be worth eating. After working a 12 hour shift I don’t want to sit in a drive through way past the time my food is supposed to be ready. After all my order was marked ready so where was my food? I left and went to another establishment. I contacted corporate about my experience and told them I needed a refund. They apologized and said the store would be in contact with me within 3 days. I haven’t received a call or an email from the store and I still haven’t received a refund. Good job management/owners your doing a jam...

Ordered food Friday night for my son and grandmother for delivery. Waited 2 hours and finally called to check to see how much longer it would be. The lady who answered the phone would not even let me get my name through and just started spouting names and saying she didn’t even see my order then proceeded to tell me it’s on the way and they are having to use door dashers as driver, still never got my name. Waited another 45 minutes for the food to show up and it was wrong. Tried calling back multiple times that night but no one ever answered. Called the next day and spoke to the manager who did give me a credit, but not for my full order, only $10. I do understand they were short staffed and didn’t want to make a big deal about it. Wanted to give them another shot tonight. While my order was on time for carry out, again the food was wrong. Let them know and was told they would remake it. After sitting in the lobby for 25 minutes I asked where my pizza was. They hadn’t even started it yet. Spoke to the manager and she did make it right by making my pizza and giving me a large instead of a medium but unfortunately this will be my last time at...

I ordered 4 pizzas for pickup. The order was incorrectly combined on one ticket, causing a 10-minute delay while it was separated. • Back at my salon, we discovered 2 pizzas were wrong. My beautician called the store. Ashley was rude, said “If you’re going to escalate the call, I’ll disconnect,” and hung up after we provided the ticket number she requested. • When I went to the store, Ashley admitted she hung up, refused eye contact, accused us of “causing a ruckus,” told me to leave, and went to the back. • Before 7 PM, she locked the front door (store closes at 10) to avoid addressing the issue. • Police had to intervene to secure a store credit since Ashley refused a refund.

My Concern: Ashley’s actions—hanging up, locking the doors early, refusing to address a simple mistake, and requiring police involvement—were unprofessional and unacceptable for a manager.

I will not return to this location and will share my experience...
