Very chill, I almost always get a good drink from here! 💛 This store! Only did 4 ⭐'s bc the app is messing up bad now! I ALWAYS check how much is on my app B4 going in & paying, I had $12.?? & Scanned it, paid, it took it went to $0, lady said it didn't work, & I ACTUALLY had to put more on, & repay! so I paid over $22 for a $7.22 drink! 😮 Also I paid SO MUCH for a plain 😬 & (sorry but boring pink)40oz Stanley + Starbucks, & THEY DON'T EVEN have straws that fit them! & when I order a specific size, then it REALLY upsets me when I spend, tip, buy, AND BRING MY OWN CUP, but when there is a little extra THEY POUR IT DOWN THE DRAIN! Like.. I would have enjoyed that WAY MORE THAN THE SEWER! I get if you don't bring your own cup bc why would they give you an EXTRA cup for EXTRA drink. It only makes no sense if you use a personal cup bc the cups. Otherwise I'm pretty sure the extra cup is more $ than the bit that is thrown out, but if you brought your own cup so they don't have to keep buying NOT NEARLY as many cups then don't throw any extra DOWN A DRAIN, heck I'd rather it go to a homeless person or JUST ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE DRAIN! Also, most things are overpriced but AN XTRA SHOT ESPRESSO & KIDDIE STUFF IS HORRIBLY! i use to go to Starbucks in hazel green Al & it's practically in the Walmart parking lot & my daughter wanted a squeegee, I got her one, and it was like OUTRAGEOUSLY priced like seven bucks or something, and then we went to Walmart (I would always go to the Starbucks before going to WM & grocery shopping bc I mean.. who DOESN'T want that before grocery shopping. 🤔💡😮.. You guys should build 1 right by every WM! Not inside.. doesn't taste the same) in the exact same one was like a dollar, no joke. I STILL regret that lmao! Also, The cake pops, omg W*M bakery makes these "Birthday cake" cake pops, AND THEY'RE HUGE & come with 2 and SOOOOO UNBELIEVABLY good, but the ones sold @ ⭐💲's are literally like 1 bite & 3x the price, CRAZINESS.
I ABSOLUTELY HATE HOW THE WORKERS HAVE TO SHARE THEIR TIPS WITH EVERYONE ON THE SCHEDULE FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK! (IF YOU PUT IT IN THE PLASTIC TIP BOX.) PEOPLE.... DO CASH TIPS, if you can, or both , BUT GIVE THE CASH STRAIGHT TO THE WORKER! I understand splitting tips with that shift or somebody's getting off shift counting them up and splitting those kind of like how when your server comes and says I'm about to clock out so I'm going to close out your tab so they can get the tip! when someone clocks out count up what you mad w/ them, even if 1 person is still working, and split what you guys made, then just restart, I can even MAYBE understand just a daily split, but we're choosing the amount to tip BASED ON THE workers that just took & made our orders RIGHT THEN based on their friendliness, how good the drink is, they're service, likability, when busy I'd rather wait then get a rushed drink, how efficient they are, etc. But some rude Joe that you don't even know could work another day, & then a good worker has to share THEIR TIPS w/ Eeyore over here lol that's just not right to me. How does that even make sense? NTM, uhhh that's our $ we tipped THEM with, not "John Doe Idk" who just relays on others tips & can slack 🤷♀️ ALSO I've noticed my drinks have been a lot more icy (so less flavorful. idk if it's bc it's Summer so they want it colder), or more ice means more drink with less actual expensive ingredients (like a filler) but I have noticed it just recently started. Ultimately it makes it more watery & You taste less of the drink &more splintery sized ice (maybe I just got like 5 ppl in a row who made them like that tho? PLZ ADD "CUSTOM AMOUNT" TO THE APP TIPPING OPTIONS! ANOTHER THING- (lol sorry it's been building) I CAN NOT EVER order online. Multiple Xs its bc a store was out of whip, but I don't get whip anyway! 😤

Inconsistent flavor of coffee order. No matter if they have 2 cars or 10 they are always insanely slow. I have to pass up coffee in the morning if I don’t leave with at least an extra 15-20 min. I got here at 0525 with 2 cars in front of me and no one inside. They took the first cars order at 532 and I received my coffee at 0545 *after I got out of my car and walked up to the drive thru window asking them if they can have the two cars in front of me pull forward to let me out because I was blocked in and now late for work. Also the man in front on me had his window down and cussing out of frustration for being late for work and trapped in as well. This has been a consistent and ongoing issue for many years. I have started going to Scooters most mornings specifically bc of time restraints. The staff appear friendly and teachable so it would seem like they just aren’t trained to work efficiently. I had originally ordered Starbucks through Uber Eats and even paid extra for Priority delivery, which said the latest it would arrive was 8:01 a.m. Uber Eats had a driver secured, but he canceled. Then another driver was assigned and canceled too. It kept searching for a driver for nearly 30 minutes before I finally canceled the order myself, only to be charged the full amount anyway.
I called Uber Eats customer support and they were completely unapologetic, basically telling me I was out of luck because they had already paid Starbucks and wouldn’t be issuing any kind of credit.
Out of curiosity, I called the Starbucks location where my order had been made and asked if I could just pick it up instead. Not only were they so kind and understanding, but they remade my drinks so they wouldn’t be watered down and even gave me a Starbucks gift card for something that wasn’t even their fault.
I ended up canceling my Uber Eats account, but Starbucks completely restored my faith in real customer service. They went above and beyond and truly turned my whole morning around. I’m...
