I don't know why I even give this Subway any of my money. Went in to order. It was the slowest service to make 2 sandwiches. One sandwich I wanted toasted but even requested it to be lightly toasted, just to melt the cheese, but the employee put it in for the full time and ended up burning my sandwich. Then the employee continued to cough in and on my food, and her hands. She didn't change her gloves either. When it was time to put vegetables on she put the bare minimum on. Five jalapeño peppers, four pieces of bell peppers. I quickly told her I would like way more than just that which lead her to huff and puff. There is now a line forming and she's still moving incredibly slow. Time to check out I had a coupon for "Buy one footlong with a drink get one free" but it didn't go through. I realized this when I was double checking my receipt and I quickly went back there to fix it. By then she was already in the back and didn't want to come out. Luckily she fixed the issue but it took another ten to fifteen minutes to fix...
Read moreThe first time something is "out" or needs "refreshing" its an acceptable oops. However, I have come to this location NUMEROUS times after shopping (at different times of the day) and they are almost ALWAYS out of something. Tonight for instance, out of wheat bread ("so sorry"), she was refreshing the product and didnt bother to stop to take my order ("let me just get this done real quick"), out of meatballs (tried to microwave me some frozen ones really quick, ummm no thanks ill take a turkey instead, and she did only charge me for a meatball so that was nice), out of cucumbers ("let me get you some fresh ones"), the produce tasted incredibly old (like old red onions...yuck). The staff always looks unkempt and dirty. Hair is not contained and clothes are filthy. It makes me question their integrity of the job and whether or not certain shirt cuts are taken behind the scenes. Hopefully management reads this and...

This is concerning, especially in a food service setting where cross-contamination should be taken seriously. Proper glove use is a basic standard, and skipping this step puts customer health at risk.
I hope this location receives additional training on safe food handling practices. I enjoy Subway and would love to continue eating here, but I need to feel confident that basic hygiene is...
