Mediocre location. Food & experience here varies heavily depending on when you go and who is working. I've not had a visit yet that was 100% great. Every time, either they are out of items, mess up my order, or just take forever to make the food. One time they were missing half of my order because they were out of items, and offered me a cookie to fix it - which doesn't really help anything lol.
Will I still go back here? Yeah probably, but I've set my expectations pretty low for the quality of food & experience here.
Edit 5/5/2023 - I am coming back to edit my review a year later because the service is still just as bad. I've been back very infrequently, but disappointed each time & will no longer be returning after my most recent visit.
Online orders are a joke - every time I order, I add 10 minutes to the time they say it will be ready... And yet I still get there & they haven't even started making the food.
And they continue, every single time, to get the orders wrong. I haven't had a single order that matched what I asked for online. Sometimes it doesn't matter, but sometimes you're paying extra for something they don't give you.

The only two people working behind the counter will sit there and both people will fill take out orders while there is a line of people waiting almost out the door. We waited 23 minutes today before leaving because they felt the need to both people to fill take out orders and holy S where both people slow, not picking up the speed at all because they were busy and just fumbling everything. You want to do Door Dash orders? how about assigning one person to door dash and one person to the actually Fing customers who take time out of their day and time away from work lunch to physically walk in. Not carrying about the person standing in front of them is the biggest bull S move there could be. To top it all off, not a single time did the employees apologize to the customers. They would avoid eye contact and never focus on what actually needed to be focused on. I have eaten all over the world and never have I had an experience like this. Read moreI do in person take out at least once a week here. I spend $20 each time, since I get a burrito as well as a bowl for the next day I have been sympathetic with supply and employment issues. Everyone is having them. Today (at 5:30ish), (and my last 2 visits), were just a big waste of money, and super disappointing . Today, there was no white rice ready. Ok...usually that is a fast fix. I was told 15 or 20 minutes. I said I would wait,(the LAST time I was there it was 2 hours before closing, and they were too slammed to make any white, they only had the brown rice ready, (not a fan)).so today I sat and waited, which was ok. I wanted to wait on fajita vegetables also. They said "ok" white rice was ready. Made my burrito and bowl. I took it home. The rice was more ovcooked than any rice I have had in my life! It was literally mush. Couldn't tell it was even rice in your mouth. why did I have to wait for overcooked rice??! It was gross.
