I was so disappointed in my visit. I usually go to the location at Southern Feedstore but decided to try this location. I ordered El Healthy which is sweet potato fries, salmon, guacamole and pico de gallo. The young lady told me they were out of salmon. That should've been my sign to just turn around. I got chicken instead. Once I received my takeout order, I left and headed to my car. I decided to take a look at my food before leaving the lot just to make sure it was good. What I saw had me confused. The "guacamole" looked like some green cream sauce. I took the food back inside and asked the young man who prepared my food what their guacamole looks like. He pointed it out on the line and it was the same green cream sauce on my fries. He didn't have much to offer (it was his first day) but said he'd mention it to the owner. I wish that I had just requested a refund but I just wanted to get back home with a meal. I tried to eat it but it didn't even taste like guacamole. I have no idea why they're serving something like that. I tried to call and there was no answer and no...

I've been hearing people talk about how good "the fry place" is, and I finally got to try it! I really enjoyed how this meal was put together. The different toppings for the fries were clumped up instead of being spread evenly, which I really liked. Spread evenly, it would have been a homogenous mass, but because of the presentstion, the flavors, textures, and even temperatures constantly changed and morphed throughout the meal. This kept it feeling really interesting. I kept wanting to see what other flavors I could make. I got the Boricua. There was a citrusy pulled pork, a cool, refreshing pico de gallo, and some fresh guacamole and a couple sauces on top of some really fresh tasting fries that reminded me of a fine dining restaurant in a hotel where I used to work. There were wildly different flavors on the menu. I noticed sausage, steak, pulled pork, and several other things that looked really interesting to try later. I'm glad I finally got the opportunity to try this place. People have been telling me that I should for most...

First of all, the food was amazing, I would love to try the iterations they had which are themed by country and all seemed to be so good, I had a Colombiana (Colombian) and my family all had Mexicana (Mexican), you can get regular French fries, sweet potato fries or a baked potato, the create your own is interesting because you can choose the starch you want and then add seasonings and toppings and sauces. The food was incredible, so goooooood. The service was honestly great. Some ppl around us waited for a while or got skipped over in their food preparation but honestly it was just 3 ppl working and it’s a popular spot, the workers were working hard, the fries were made on the spot so they were crispy and so good. The flavor was just so good, my kids loved it! I was served by “Ernesto” or “Enrique” I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was awesome. The atmosphere or the place is awesome. At first I didn’t know it was an eatery but it was such a cool vibe, can’t wait to go back and try the...

I visited your restaurant located in the Halidom Eatery in Atlanta, Ga. While the customer service was friendly, inviting and informative, the fries were not to my satisfaction. The guacamole was discolored (not fresh) and the salmon was not the best quality. When I shared my disdain for the guacamole and it not being fresh they chuckled and said everything is made fresh daily (see image). When I asked that they remake the dish because of the spoiled/not fresh guacamole they told me only where the guacamole landed was bad. Well I’m certain that the FDA would disagree. Waste of $30, disappointed is an understatement. The bright spot was Luze Mexicano Cocina located in the same facility!!!
