If you are Black DO NOT come here. I came Tuesday afternoon I get tacos. Not only was the food dry and over cooked but the service was horrendous. The older lady behind the counter was so rude to black people there. We came in ahead of the Hispanics. She was rude and rushing me taking my order. After taking my order she told them in Spanish to come in front of us made their food and then checked them out. Even after she was done with them, she went to the back and we still had to wait on out food. Plus their food came from the front counter ours (the black people) came already made from the back. I came again today because I wanted tacos again(love tacos) this time another black lady walked in front of my boyfriend who was in front of me. Behind him 3 Hispanic men walked in. There was a black couple sitting to the side waiting on their food to come out. The lady again told the Hispanic men in Spanish to come ahead of all the black people. She made there plates and sent it to the cashier for them to be finished. The black lady in front of me and I exchanged the look. She went up to finally order her phone. She got 1 thing corn and was told she had to wait 12-15 mins because they STILL had to fix the black couple food. But Hispanics that cut the entire line had their plates made on the spot and where checking out. I walked...
Read moreListen y'all let me tell you, this is the best Mexican food you can get in this area, the food is not your typical restaurant food, this is some serious homemade food from Mexico, can't get more homemade than that. This place may seem sketchy from the outside but believe me when I say the food is very good, coming from a person who's been to many restaurants around the country. Now, I see a lot of reviews about a lady being rude to black people, I have witnessed myself that she has no problems with any person of color, people always think wrong especially when the person is naturally serious. I can assure you that you won't be disappointed trying out their food,...
Read moreDon't let the location fool you. This taqueria's tacos are as good as the tacos in LA! I ordered the al carbon, pollo and lengua. Each one had tender meat with cilantro, onion and a homemade tortilla. The radishes were fresh and crispy and the limes were poppin' with juice. The elote was amazing too! It was topped with mayo (trust me, it works), cojita cheese, chili powder and sauce. It was absolutely delicious....i highly recommend it. Plus, the woman that runs it with her son is really cool. So go there and support her and...
